Since the begining of the Shofercian conflict the fishing boat industry in Mirage, the northernmost port of Deserted Territories, had been booming. Hundreds of mainstream boats were being pumped out and bought up hungrily by a seemingly endless pool of buyers. Everyday, these ships set sail for the high seas searching for plentifull fish in more prosperous waters around the glode. These ships ended up in all manner of places, quietly moving through different nations juristictions and trolling international waters.
But these boats were more than they seemed, and even though they docked regularly with their catches, mabey their outriggers weren't just for commercial use. And though their crews seemed casual and experienced, mabey their was more to their training than just catching fish. For sure, they had all manner of unexpected equipment in their holds, from overpowered transmitters to highly encrypted recievers as well as printing presses. Of course, you wouldn't be able to prove any of it, or that the crews originated in DT and had been trained by DT for one express purpose...
