In order to strengthen its international relationships, mutual defensive capabilities, and combat expertise, the Skyland Mt. Security and Intervention Forces have arranged for joint military exercises. these are open to any nation which has offered to us or provided to us military support in the past. If any government wishes to participate, they should telegram the Skyland Mt. Department Of Defense for an invitation.
Wargames begin tomorrow, given sufficiant interest.

Notice to all participants: Wargames will be taking place in and around our capitol city. Geographically, its situated on a Peninsula. We will be conducting navel operations, including interdiction, covert landings, and amphibeous assault. On shore, we will be conducting peacekeeping and counter-terrorism operations in the abandoned industrial district near the harbor. Nations are welcome to participate in either or both, depending on resources available and military expertise. The conclusion of the Wargames will be a simulated air raid, which will be a test run for our new Patriot missiles and Harrier jets.
Send whoever is commanding your forces during the Wargames to the central Military Airbase just outside the city. We will officially greet them there, and escort them to a briefing at central strategic command. Air born forces participating in the wargames should be sent here as well. Forces arriving by water should dock offshore near the downtown harbor. Wargames commence to night, or as soon as participants arrive.
