Greetings nations.

I am the Dominion President Daniel Winters of Terra Novian Atlantis. I am sending this distress call in hopes of assistance of removing SCUD launchers that our enemy arms with chemical weapons..Already thousands have died during these attacks and we are stretched too thin in their country to actually be able to coordinate such an attack.

The people are starting to demand a capitulation...even when we have the upper-hand. I urge all nations to help us before the numbers go from thousands to hundred of thousands.

Seeing as your nation is within our sphere of influence, we would like to know a few more "details" about your nation. The Volzgradien Airforce is already on standby, we simply need to know who is using these SCUDs and why they are attacking you. Simply provide us with some information, and we'll gladly wipe those launchers off the face of the earth.
