Dave Nelson: It's 8:01 PM here in Eilífur, and this is Blessed ACTION NEWS.
Chuck Hilbrich: It's June 13th 2008, and here are todays top stories. The outbreak here in the Beatus is over, and things are looking up. The Government has announced that all danger is over, and it is safe to travel again. The cause of the disease has yet to been found.

Dave Nelson: In related news, police are fighting back against the riots that broke out during the recent disease outbreak. We go now to Kent Koch, live in the field.

Kent Kock: I am here, live with police officers Jack Johanson, and Legume Eugen. They are here, protecting this bar from rioters. Tell me Legume, what kind of rifle is that your holding.
Legume Eugen: Well Kent, this is a standard issue, M14 rifle. We don't usually use these, but with the recent violence in the area, they're use has been deemed necessary to uphold the public peace.
Kent Kock: Thank you Legume, now Jack, what can you tell us about the situation?
Jack Johanson: I've been on the force for over 20 years, and I've never seen violence like this. It's as if the people have just lost all sense of civilization. They're like animals. Savage animals. I say we should just shoot them all right...
*the live feed is cut*
Chuck Hilbrich: We apologize for that, those are the risks we take doing live feeds with no delay, but it's worth the risk to bring you the news seconds before the rest, for who knows when those seconds could just save your life.
Dave Nelson: Now the weather. It's looking like a clear, cool spring day, with temperatures in the mid 60s for most of the Beatus. It's cloud free outside our studies here in Eilífur.
Chuck Hilbrich: That's all for this edition of Blessed ACTION NEWS 24/7 365!
