My government is interested in establishing diplomatic relations with yours, and I therefore enclose a completed copy of your Embassy Application form.

3. Civilian personnel: 39 (= 7 other diplomats, 24 secretaries & clerks & messengers & such, 16 cooks & butlers & drivers & such), presuming that we can hire janitorial & groundkeeping staff locally.
4. Security personnel: 16, from the 'Bad News Bears' warrior-society.

Number of any weapons, as well as type: each of the security personnel will be armed with a pump-action shotgun (which will usually be loaded with "non-lethal" rounds, rather than 'conventional' ones), and a melee weapon of their choice (in most cases probably either a long knife or a length of chain); the ambassador and some of the other 'civilian' personnel will carry a singlestick each, as 'honour weapons'; and of course they all have their own natural weaponry anyway...

Number of any vehicles, as well as type: 2 large cars for 'official' use, plus a mini-bus and 2 vans for general transport duties, all of which will be acquired locally if suitable models are available; 16 Smithfolk-built 'RoadHog' motorcycles, one for each of the Security personnel, which have all been individually customised to varying degrees.

B/. If it's possible then we would appreciate a site that has some mature trees and hedges, and perhaps a pond as well, already present. One that's as far from the airport as the diplomatic district's boundaries allow would be preferred.

Following the recent incident in Ulanpataar, we're asking for the addition of the following:
- Three story embassy building, preferably with reinforced structuring.
- 1 Iron gate, for security purposes.
- 1 Concrete wall, surrounding the embassy premises. Preferably I'd like to be a two tone of a light and dark tan color. Also, this is for security.
- Two helipads.
- An underground, nuclear-protected, bunker.
- Two inconspicuous, if it's not too much trouble, towers at the West and East ends of the complex.
- A flag pole
- Two bottlenecking hallways leading from the foyer to the rest of the building.
- Satellite communications dish, hidden behind the embassy to keep it from being an eyesore.
- Pretty flowers and hedges.
