The Ridoan military was on stand by. After the massive deployment of air forces and then the relanding Ridoan soldiers were frustrated that they couldn't show off their military strength. And that was when the letters came in. Corrosia was founded, established, and spread and that was when Fozcria found themselves tied into it. The founder was Dectubech, a nation of whom Fozcria and Rido had fought in the passing war. Along with them came Xentri, Bob doe republic, and others or whom were key players in the first NC - Interimo War. And no longer did Rido consider them enemies.

Dictator General Sir William Verriker stood before a large gathering of people. Soldiers and dignitaries and civilians that had come to see the event in the back. Behind Sir Verriker's podium was the other six head generals. At the end two seats were empty, Ipon Shao and Jacob Paulson's seats.

Verriker adjusted the michrophone and spoke:

"Today, Rido is in mourning," he said haltingly, "not too long ago one of our great Head Generals, Sir Ipon Shao, died during a peace conference in an enemy, and allied state, Miroxia. While we are in mourning we are in shock as well as denial. The Fozcrian Confederacy announced their hatred towards us Ridoans." Verriker refused to continue speaking for a moment.

"Ipon Shao died while shooting at the Dectubechan Delegates, now I know that those are not the delegates he should have been shooting at but at the delegates of Fozcria." Verriker said is quietly but sharply, his point was made.

but the cause was still not proved and he spoke on, "I say this from not only a higher vantage point but from experience that events like this occur not all to often and that Fozcria meant it when they stated they wished to attack our nation.

So on this date I have written out an utlimatum to be handed to the Fozcrian Dictator, a hypocrit and an enemy. And the Air Force Bombers of Ridus, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 12th Legions, and the Ridoan Navy of Interimo will be the ones handing the ultimatum over, along with bullets, bombs, and death. As well as a nice look at my middle finger!"

The crowd errupted cheering and they chanted for good luck in the events to come. For Rido would need it. The speech was sent to all of NC and Corrosia as well as others concerned. Soon it would be war.

And as a fleet of battleships and destroyers approached Fozcrian land they proved it.

"Man the weapons. In one hour we strike. In one hour Fozcria dies."

Once again the nation of Kellun has to express its total disgust at the warmongering from the Ridoan government. A naval task force is destined for the region to ensure you do not do something you may later regret.

We strongly urge you not to make any further acts of aggression towards Fozcria or any nation allied with them. We may not hesitate to use force in order to prevent this crisis escalating.

Robert Void gave the order to aim the space lasers toward Fozcria.
"Do not fire unless Fozcria shows signs of aggression towards our people," He told his commander.
"Yes Sir!" Jones saluted. Then he left the room to fufill the order.
Thoughts were racing through Void's head. The air force would secure the Laser's positions, and the navy was ready for combat. If Fozcria attacked, it would be one bloody war.

Port Beth exploded with activity literally overnight. The great-o-many ships of the Royal Navy were being towed down the Beth river and prepped for the high seas. Almost forty ships a day would flow in and out of this harbor, and assembling 200 miles off shore, as part of the newly collected Battle Group Sierra-Tango.

Within a few days, the Battle Cluster would set sail for Rido, and war.

Rumors were already circulating around the civilian populous about the Parliament authorizing the mobilization of the Royal Army, and a curious number of military aircraft were seen flying over the countryside to forward air stations.

The giant that was the royal military machine was slowly coming to life. In time, the Ridoans would feel the mighty hammer fall of the Royal Armed Forces.

Also should I inform you that any attempt to cut off routes to get to Fozcria would be futile because he literally borders me. It is in the regional map he made so I would msot likely get there first.

Even if you crushed Fozcria in a NS day, that doesn't mean i'm turning around and heading home.

As one may conclude from my factbook, it takes approximately thirty days to assemble and deploy the Royal Expeditionary Force. You can expect an extended aerial campaign, a prolonged naval stranglehold, and in a matter of time, almost a million men on your shores within forty days.

Even if you raised 5% of your total population to fight for you (which would cripple your nation's economy to no end), it would still not equal the standing *peacetime* strength of just my army. I maintain, in peacetime, a 27 million total military force (as shown in the factbook). Even if you want to argue about the NSTracker, you can't argue with population. With such an enormous budget, my military is equipped with the NS standards. Cutting edge equipment. And thanks to extensive conquests, i have experienced commanders, with one of five army soldiers classified as combat veterans.

You are not facing an army of conscripts. Nor are you facing an army of un-killable men. You are facing a professional fighting force. I'm fairly confident just one Royal Army Corps ( aprox 700,000 men) would be more than enough to choke the life out of your nation. If i were you, i would take a moment to realize the ramifications of the actions and statements you made, and consider going to the negotiation table.

At the Fozcrian Gray House, Dictator Lutzov decides what to do.

He adresses the war council, "Gentlemen, what we have before us are traitors, deceptionists, and former friends. This liar and so called, 'Army Control' of Rido will be THE last of their kind."

He got such a load applause that he thought his eardrums were going to burst.

"Mr. Lutzov, I totally disagree with your conduct of this country," said a male voice from the crowd.

The man pulled out a gun...
and one of the snipers picked him off from the roof. Everything was in chaos now, people were saying it was the Ridoans, and it probably was since the man had Ridoan passport.

"THEY WILL PAY FOR THIS!" Lutzov vowed.

"Well?" demanded Cyan. "What is the current status of the conflict?"

Martin Gharg cleared his throat and said, "Another nation has entered the conflict against Rido. Our ally, Salvatorius, has
turned their space weaponry toward Fozcria, they have not yet made any other aggressive actions. None of our other allies has yet taken any action. I would recommend that we continue to stay neutral in this conflict, until it begins to grow."

The emperor nodded. "I agree. However, I want you to prepare our navy and airforce, and transport the army to the edge of Seafear city. If we need to enter the conflict, we want to be able to jump right in."

ic: "The situation is heating up," King Void announced. "I have sent an invitation to Fozcria's leader, asking him if he will agree to a truce while we meet to discuss the issue of war. If he decides to show, we will try to solve and settle our differences. If not, then my weapons of space will open fire at first sign of aggression."

King Robert Void has requested to meet you. I wish to meet you in the middle of the Ocean in between Interimo and Corrosia. It is to be no one but you and a advisor. To All Nations Involved In the Interimo-New Caribbean Conflict:

We here in the Confederacy wish to offer a new peace conference, hosted by us in our capital Poiuytrewq. Since it appears the old one has fallen through, we ask that all parties send representatives to Kenavt once this referendum has gained approval by most parties.

The building is protected by the might of the Kenavt Marines, Air Force, Navy, and Army. We will not let anyone get inside with weaponry, and will operate a blockade within one square kilometer of the conference.

The newly-built Premieral Palace would love to have such a conference as its first.

Ic: Whether Fozcria and Salvatorius like it or not, I am sending jets to the peace conference. They will be stationed two miles away, and will attack and destroy anyone who attempts to harm the other diplomat. This also goes for any other nations that try to interfere. The pilots have been given orders to NOT fire unless there are signs of treachery (a diplomat dies) If the conference goes off without a hitch, the jets will return to Dectubech. We are willing to alter these conditions slightly. But, after the last peace conference Dectubech attended, we no longer trust politicians. Good luck to all parties involved.

The Learjet45 touched down gracefully at Poiuytrewq airport. The official Royal Ambassador, the 54 year old, retired Army, Major Timothy Pallumo, and his staff disembarked their aircraft to meet the waiting Kenavt security personnel.

The Royal Code would be the first to step back to the negotiations table, in the interest of protecting her image.

We have heard that you are going to be sending military jets to Confederate soil in order to protect this conference.

We wish to reassure you-the Confederacy can handle security perfectly. As we have said, a blockade is being imposed in a one-mile radius. Our Poiu Air Force Base on the other side of the city is launching their own jets in case of crisis. The Navy's TCS Velocity destroyer is armed and ready with Tomahawk missiles.

We can handle security for this event. We ask that you send your jets home.

I am afraid to say that you misinterpreted my statement. When I said that i would send the jets, i did not mean to that peace conference. Salvatorius has proposed a meeting in the middle of the ocean with the leaders of Fozcria. I was sending security to that area. The talks that you have proposed would be useful, and my chief advisor shall gladly attend as long as long as Ridonian diplomats do not try at another assassination. I hope that i have properly conveyed my meaning this time.

Standing aboard the bridge of the carrier 'Nemesis, Admiral John Jellicoe was given the confirmation call from the Chancellor himself.

The bridge stood silent as he deliberated rather or not to issue the order.

In light of failing to send a diplomat to the negotiation conference, Chancellor Alexander gave the go-ahead to advance. The first of possibly many naval task forces was underway at a steady 25 knots to the nearest coastline that would bring them to Rido.

Colonel Rhat knocked quietly on the door to the Emperor's office, and then stepped in.

"Sir, we have just received confirmation that karfka has arrived at the peace conference. No other diplomats have yet arrived... And The Royal Code has refused to send one. They are not halting. Their naval fleet is headed directly for the shores of Rido. I'm afraid that diplomacy may now be out of the question, even if Rido and Fozcria settle their differences, which is also unlikely.

Cyan nodded, and was silent for a moment. "Very well then," he said. "Put all forces on standby, we may not be able to remain neutral in this conflict for much longer."

"Yes sir" Rhat saluted, turned, and went to give the order. Will the emperor really fight on the side of Fozcria? he thought.

ooc: I have just received a message from Rido. Apparently, he has not been in control of his nation for some time. He may not even know about the war. He states that a nation by the name of Greston has been controlling Rido. don't yet know all the details, but this could change the entire war.
