OOC: Okay, this is a better thread than just declaring war. However, it needs to be more In-Character (IC) for people to want to pay attention.
In-Character posts are posts in which the poster creates a character or group and acts for that character or group. For example:
IC: Official Statement of the Conservative United States of Holy Paradise:
"Greetings, leaders of the nation of Roef. We would like to congratulate you on founding your nation."
OOC: ICs are what you use for RPs (Role Plays) Role plays are the ways you act out meetings, trade, and wars.
Out of character posts (OOC) are when you wish to inform someone on some problem with their post, make a joke, or tell them when you are going to be online next. Do not overuse OOC posts. If you really think your thread needs to have a lot of OOC posts, make separate threads for IC and OOC posts.
If your post is purely IC, you don't need to put "IC:" before the post. If there is both OOC and IC in your post, please label them "OOC" and "IC", respectively. If the post is purely OOC, still label it "OOC:".
