The Peace Conference of Interimo and NC (ATTN NC and Interimo Members)
Dictator General Sir Willaim Verriker found himself in the midst of confusion of the mass of propoganda and war plans in a prewar state. Interimo was on high and was ready to fight. NC was the same. It was becoming more and more obvious that war between the two regions would soon start but when was the only question. And that question was answered as Dictator General Sir William Verriker entered the Grand Diplomacy Chamber of Ridus. The answer was never. The Fozcrian Dictator had asked for the Ridoan General to hold peace talks and that was what he found himself doing. The Grand Diplomacy Chamber was part of the old Rido, the diplomatic, democratic nation that was made two decades ago. But Sir Verriker and his council overtook the pansy Republic and he found himself running a large nation, possibly the biggest in Interimo.
General Verriker was not going to attend the conference, the lowest General of the Council was, General Sir Jacob Paulson. The Head General found himself reciting a message to be sent to all of the leaders of the nations in the conflict. After perfecting it the speech was broadcasted to the leaders so they could hear his voice instead of reading it.
"On this day and age Interimo and New Caribbean draw closer to a state of war, a state of war that one side is bound to lose. The amount of bloodshed to come will far surpass the amount of any past war. And I look down. The words of war and propoganda of each side is nastier and more fearsome than most can imagine. And I look down. The amount of treaties, laying up and laying down of arms, the amount of side changing, spying, theiving, lieing, and treachery will make the whole World turn our way, but in disgust. And I look down. But today I, Dictator General Sir William Verriker of The Army Control Dictatorship of Rido opens up peace talks, a summit to surpass all summits, a gathering of diplomats that may stop the gathering of soldiers. And thus I look up!
I look up with pleasure and happiness that I can rejoice and tell you that our war will not come any futher. Yesterday a purge of all democracies from our region was made, it was a horrible act indeed but it is better than the purge of everything if our troops were to clash on the battlefeild. I only wish for the best of my nation and its allies and this, ladies and gentleman, would be the best choice of them all."
High Counselor Durant Adams arrived at the confrence hall in Interimo after he was told about the awaited peace talks with a Rouge Nation such as the likes as Fozcria. His bodyguard, Keneth Marsh, drove their rented limo down the street until they reached the hall. They soon entered the room in which confrences would be held. "Hello, General Verrick," he said walking in a taking a seat. He then awaited to gain control of the chaos in the world.

SUBJECT: Peace Talks
President and Privy Council Elder Kuren Zekegard will not be attending as Rido is not a secure environment for him or any member of our diplomatic delegation. We regret this but look forward to fruitful talks that will hopefully be held in a neutral third party nation.

General Grey Gurnt of Dectubech stepped cautiously into the Interimo conference hall. He wondered if these peace talks were for real. Ever since Dectubech had disallied itself with Interimo, It seemed as though war was inevitable. Nevertheless, Emperor Cyan Brack was perfectly willing to make peace. The General took a seat, and leaned back needing his forehead. He had to decide what he was going to say when he returned to Dectubech to deliver his report.

To: Dictator General Sir Willaim Verriker
While I sincerely applaud the actions of you, your nation and your region in beginning peace talks, I must, with regret, inform you that under the current circumstances, no Zinairian delegation will be attending. On no conditions will any of our diplomats be entering Rido or any other nation of Interimo until this conflict is resolved.
We do, however, wish nothing more than to proceed with peace talks. In a perfect world, these would be held in a neutral third nation agreed upon by all parties. However, if for some reason it would be more preferable, we would allow diplomats and a small group of guards into Zinaire or another New Caribbean nation for talks. Finally, these talks could be held over satellite uplink if no other solution is acceptable.
We also feel that we must give the following conditions if the conference is to be hosted in a neutral third nation.
a. The founding nations of all regions concerned must have a delegation present. Other nations are encouraged but not required to attend.
b. Each nation may send between one and three diplomats. Translators will be provided by a third party if necessary.
c. All parties are permitted a maximum of ten guards per diplomat or other non-armed delegate bearing governmental rank.
d. Guards may carry pistols or submachine guns. Armor-piercing rounds are not permitted. All attending personnel may wear body armor.
e. All parties must comply with searches of vehicles and persons by the hosting party.
f. The building in which the conference will take place may be searched by request of any party involved.
We hope that our refusal to attend will not act as a stumbling block for diplomacy and I must reiterate that we have every desire to pursue a peaceful resolution but we feel that by allowing them to attend conferences in a nation of Interimo, we are endangering our diplomats, our military personnel and our country as a whole. Finally, we must warn other nations of the New Caribbean against attending conferences hosted by Rido or any other nation in the region of Interimo.

Sir Brant Erigone, a Grestonian diplomat born in West Mier, entered the Interimo Hall. His situation was dark, he was in the same room as mad men from Ibterimo were and he felt himself wince as he entered. But he pulled himself together and sat directly next to the Miroxian delegation. After recent events when the King of West Mier handed over his thrown to Greston and the nation was turned into The Grestonian Caribbean Colony of West Mier Greston was closely tied to the NC and Fozcrian battles. Greston had always been since President Jerry Striker proposed the Treatie of Saxton and it worked.

Also we shall not be bringing anyone to the conference. Perhaps we could bring security dogs and soldiers to the conference to Patrol the area. We also agree to the terms of Zinaire nd urge other countries to do the same.
Vale!

The current administration of Kryozerkia backs the terms and conditions laid out by Zinaire. It is in the interest of all nations involved if the talks are held in a neutral third party nation or if that is unacceptable, via satellite uplink.

OOC: He means the New Caribbean.
Watching as the room filled with delegates the General sighed, he was upset at what was to come. The order was simple and if Jacob did not follow he still wouldn't survive. It was only a matter of time before it happened. And then it did. Dictator General Sir William Verriker finnally recieved the notion for war with NC and it was time for pre-emptive strikes. The Grand Hall had been rigged with explosives, it was planned out quite a bit, and soon Sir Verriker found himself giving out the order to destroy it.
The order was carried out swiftly and while they prepared Jacob Paulson spoke to the conference, "Gathering of men, gathering of diplomats. Gathering of the dead." The conference attendees were confused but not for long as the Grand Hall went up in flames.
"Good ridance, one of the only signs of our past democratic state blown to the heavens. Along with NC bastards. Even better."
OOC: Obviously the first and last paragraphs are SIC and you guys need to RP how you react and what happens to your delegate.
Durant then noticed the place go up in flames. He then smiled. The Durant and Keneth sent to the meeting were look alikes sent by Durant, just incase this happened.
"Good ridance," the imposters said...
