This Project has died 2 times, but I hope that will be enough.

About:
The Project is all about culture. A place where nation can show and mix there cultures to create a huge conglomeration of cultures in one place. But the project expands beyond that. Already there is an International College where people from around the would can learn everything from every country participating, and an International Market Tower where companies can trade and gives all nations an economic bonus.

So I encourage all nations to join and be apart of this glorious project. Apply now at the forums.

The Federation of Prycuse is looking to have a more diverse population. President Celveal formed the International City Project. In the project, Prycuse is calling for foreign nations to send people to the city. The goal is to have a huge conglomeration of races, cultures, foods, music, and everything representing a nation. The city will be located on the newly acquired Ceripel Island.

Ceripel Island was acquired because the islanders petitioned to become part of Prycuse. The island was not owned at the time.

No it was not acquired by force.Not any real factbooks, but the Info/sign up thread has all you really need to know. Prycuse has a face book Here (http://wikistates.outwardhosting.com/wiki/User:Prycuse), If you would like to know about my country.

Since I am preparing, I decided to not currently make an IC post about the evacuation but I will be evacuating 2,000-5,000 citizens per day until the hostilities end.
