Although we are certainly not without unsavory types that we would like to dispose of, even at that measly sum, we are forbidden, by Zinairian Statute 284B, §12, to sell our citizens to companies with "logos that wreak of ugliness and the spray paint tool." I apologize and I hope we can do business in the future.

You seem to have a slave deal going on by the sounds of things. You ask us to sell you our trouble makers for a low price and then use them as cheap labour. Bah! Even if we wanted to we have no motivations to do so.

If you provide transport costs it seems reasonable. Is there a minimum or maximum age requirement for the sale?

We would like to send you our obvious failures, that is anyone that fails out of the GEP/MEP, and doesn't have a community sponser. Also anyone exiled who states they have no land of domicile. Also any refugee who is deemed "expunged". Any children that don't meet minimum requirements of the Childhood Development program, and who's parents do not ask for an exemption, or those people that fail the physical three times consecutively without valid temporary medical reason and do not have a sponser, or those who are deemed to be of no meritable public service and do not have a sponser.

We estimte that this could ammount to about 260,000,000 Persons initially and perhaps 13 Million persons annually.

We would be willing to do a bulk sale for 50 Billion initially and 3 Billion annually for those deemed exportable on an annual basis.

We at the GWO already have our prisoners work on assemblylines, but we lease these assemblylines to corporations.

On average, an entire assemblyline consists of 200 prisoners. They are sorted onto two types of assemblylines: Light Industry and Heavy Industry.

Light Industry is for reserved for minor offences, such as Assault in the Minor Degree, Unlawful Activism, et cetera. This is where non-mechanical, basic to standard electronics, tools, basic metalwork, carpentry, and other simple goods are made.

Heavy Industry is reserved for the "bad boys" of our nation who commit crimes such as Murder, Conspiracy to Harm the Government (In cases where death is not utilized), Rape, Kidnapping (Depending on the case), et cetera. This is where equipment used in war, ships, machinery, buildings, standard to semi-advanced electronics, dangerous materials and equipment, and other goods that require hard work.

The prisoners are watched very closely by armed guards, and only time they put into work actually counts towards their sentence. Prisoners who intentionally sabotage their goods are executed, and those who are lazy or sassy are punished (by non lethal means) at the guard unit's discretion, usually by beatings.

Also, to lease an assemblyline at your current price, you must repay the price offered every three years.
