The first fund of its kind, the NSEOF is devoted to the development of less wealthy countries up to the level of their counterparts through microcredit, fiscal planning assistance, as well as low interest government loans, so that they may pay for projects, and consolidate foreign debt into one low interest payment.

In order to become a client of the funds, you must make a pledge to continue to aid in the development of nations even after your nation has become wealthy and powerful, you must agree to a free trade agreement between you and the other members of the organization, and you must allow in inspectors to ensure that the money allotted to your nation goes towards the designated purpose: the betterment of the lives of the population of the member states, not to the betterment of the member nations armies or palaces.

The Erusean government notes that lack of international interest and support for the newly founded Nation-States Economic Opportunity Fund (which we figure refuses to allow city-states and other entities to join), however not wishing to join an organization to which we find no benefit ourselves, Premier Marshal David Mondol has declared that in our kindness Erusea make a small donation of twenty million dollars to help get such an organization of benevolence off of its feet.

OOC: It is a microcredit bank, so your investment gets a small amount of interest from investment, and my primary idea on membership would revolve around the growth of the newly developed nations that were given aid by the fund. They would be required by the conditions of the fund to give aid to the banks and programs of the NGO. Unfortunately, most people come into the game with the conception that they are a developed nation, even if their economic metrics do not match that conception.

OOC: Oh, I realize that. But these sort of setups rarely succeed simply because people, in joining any sort of group, want a noticable benefit to them. ;)
