The Hall of the Party's central chamber was completely filled with Party Members

On the front stage were 4 flags moving diagonally down on both sides of the back wall. 2 were Bulgislavia's National flag and the other 2 was the flag of the Bulgislavian Workers Party.

In the center use to be a grand portrait of Provoçe in his prime but that had changed to the National Emblem of a sunny vally in between two wreaths with a red star on the top when Alia and his reformists came to power but now it had changed again to a grand Portrait of Milencu

Irena Milencu (Ion's wife and second most powerful person in the country)
was standing at the stage. she was wearing some more fine and expensive gown with a $100,000 pair of high heels. he hair was done in an eleborate style too and was just recently dyed black to hold back the grey. She was addressing the party

The Party were all standing the very back row were waving red peices of cloth and chanting "Milencu united with the People! Milencu united with the people!"

The rest of the hall were clapping in unison (An old workers party tradition which began when Bulgislavia became communist in 1946 of clapping together in time with each other)

Irena began to speak the the Hall of party members sat to thier seats

"Today Bulgislavia will give birth to the Idea of Milencuism. The rule of our great comrade Leader will be an era of light. all ready our scientists have called this short period of Milencu rule the greatest in our parties history!" Irena gave a small bow and a wave and stepped back and sat down next to her husband

The Party stood at once and began to once again clap in unison

One by one party members (mainly members of Milencu's own family) had turns standing at the podium to heap praise on Ion and Irena for restoring true party rule to Bulgislavia and steering the nation to the elightened path it is now.

Then the most prominent celebrities in the country

one star olympic gymnast
a famous stage actress
a star olympic diver
and a famous Bulgislavian singer

were escorted into the Hall where they gave piles of flowers to Ion and Irena then they gave speeches heaping more praise on Ion and Irena
This massive session of the Party was to celebrate the beginning of the couples first massive tour of Bulgislavia

The tour is to take them first from Terevesti then to the neighboring city of Creçea then to Dinu's city of Timescu where they will take a train to Plethece and then to Craasi and finish in the coastal city of Lomona where they will recieve a grand luxurious ship given to Ion and Irena "By the People" for gratitude to thier work for the country

After the session of the party Ion and Irena walked out of the Hall and down the large wide and tall corridors towards the Balcony looking over Provoçe Square

Lining the Halls were "Civilians" clapping in unison chanting pro-party and milencu chants

then they stepped out onto the Balcony

The Crowd was filled with thousands of civilians dressed in red holding big red banners and waving massive banners and red sheets

Protraits of Ion and Irena were also held up throughout the square

The civilians in the front were chanting
"Milencu the savour of the people! Milencu the savour of the people!"

they gave small waves to the crowd below before being escorted up to the Roof of the Hall of the Party where thier Private Helicopter was waiting to take them to the countryside between Creçea and Terevesti

In a small stretch of countryside in between Creçea and Terevesti

"Hurry! Hurry! the Great Comrade Leader will be here soon!" yelled a demonstration organizer

It was on a plain green field
The animals were all brought to padock's close by to be in view of the President and his wife
The civilians and farmers were standing in a line. They had been brought out 3 hours earlier to prepare for Ion and Irena's arrival.

they were all holding miniature flags of the Bulgislavian Workers Party.

Then a black speck was seen high in the sky.
It was the Private Helicopter of Ion and Irena Milencu

"Ready hurry. be enthusiastic! wave the flags!" demanded the demonstration organizer

The crowd of farmers and civilians held there flags out and began waving them about and also began chanting

"Long live the Milencu's! Long live the Milencu's"


In the Helecopter Irena was fixing up her hair. the crowd below caught her eye

"Oh look dear, its just perfect, look at our people and how happy they are!?" said Irena gleefully

She was quite a naive and stupid woman who never even completed her education and could not even read properly. yet she was minister of Education and 2nd in command.

The Helicopter landed.

This was only a small stop on the tour to inspect Bulgislavian agriculture

Irena and Ion stepped out of the Helicopter with thier arms linked together
with thier spare hands they waved to the crowds

Irena was wearing her favourite pair of Italian shoes. she was horrified to descover the ground was not as solid as she had thought and mud was accumulating on the bottom of her shoes

She turned to Ion

"We should of talked to someone about this! I wanted a red carpet! why did you not do things my way!" she hissed in Ion's ear

"We can not appear to be superhuman celebreties Irena we are modest and must act and behave like ordinary citizens dear" said Ion

Irena sulked for the rest of the farm trip

Ion ordered gumboots to be delivered to Irena but when they were presented to her she was disgusted

"What are those! Dont think i'll be wearing those horrable things! this is incredable!" yelled Irena thorwing a tantrum

She was then escorted back to the Helicopter where she sat for the rest of the Farm trip

Ion in the meantime was chatting to the farmers
(Like all regular people who would be in direct contact with the Milencu's they were put in 48 hour quarentine incase they gave them an illness)

Ion had specialists in even sector of the economy close to him at all times as part of the entourage

It was so his specialists could tell him what to say when he Lectured the farmers (or factory workers or miners) on the best way to do thier jobs so he could come across as intellegent and wise

The Farm trip ended when Ion and Irena's helicopter began to take off and the Farmers began to sing the Bulgislavian National Anthem

There next stop was the city of Creçea

South Creçea Square was where the Helicopter was to land.

A presidential Limo and other security vehicles were ready to escort him to the Palace of Creçea (A palace based on the House of the People in Bucharest)

It was currently underconstruction since Provoçe gave the green light for the developement in January

Infact the entire city was undergoing re-development

Cranes were everywhere. Roads were being dug up. old buildings were being demolished and new souless apartment blocks were going up
The Locals jokingly referred to central Creçea as "Provoshima" linking the name of the late dictator Provoçe and the name of the city Hiroshima

Likening the demolished city center to Hiroshima after the atom bomb.

There was one massive long and wide Boulavard that cut the city in half.

It was called the Grand Creçea Boulavard and was 6 lanes wide with fountains all down the middle and evergreen trees all along the sides.

The first of the souless apartment blocks were all ready completed along the long boulavard

At the otherend of the Boulavard was the Palace of Creçea which was under construction but looked right down the Boulavard.

Almost every citizen of Creçea was conscripted to come out and stand on the roadside of the Boulavard

They were all waving mini Bulgislavian flags and workers party flags and other banners. portraits and chanting

All of the city's children were wearing the young pioneers uniform of the red neck scarf, white sleve top and black pants. they were holding thier fists up to form the communist salute

The Helicopter landed and Irena was over her tantrum he had a spare pair of shoes to put on that were clean. Ion and Irena made thier way to the Presidential Limo

Irena got into the Limo first and pushed a button to automatically bring the windows down so she could see the crowds

The Presidential motorcade drove down the 6 lane Boulavard.

Irena was totally cought up in the moment.
Ion and Irena were deeply inspired by the uniformity of thier surroundings

The wide, straight streets with thousands of flag waving patriots lining the street sides chanting. with the identical apartment blocks lining the Boulavards

A skeletal structure was rising up in a distance it was the Palace of Creçea

finally the motorcade reached the base of Palace of Creçea.

It was going to be the center of local government as well as a luxury residence for Provoçe but Provoçe never lived long enough to see even up to this stage.

It would still be a luxury residence as well but it would be used only by Ion and Irena and possably other members of of the Milencu family.

the Creçea city party members and members of Local government were standing at the base of the Palace of Creçea in black suits

They were clapping in unison

Ion and Irena stepped out of the Presidential Limo

Ion and Irena stepped up to the local leadership and shook thier hands. often turning back to give small waves to the crowd of Civilians behind them lined up down the wide Boulavard.

They then proceeded into the Palace of Creçea. A couple of rooms on the bottom floor was already complete. On Provoçe's orders in February he had all the fittings done immediatly as soon as a room was complete.

The Entrance Hall of the Palace of Creçea was grand and large.

A grand staircase was split into two seperate arms of steps leading down. inbetween the staircases was a grand 7 meter high statue of the late President Provoçe in a heroic pose.

A fountain was at the base of the statue. the meterial was made with Bulgislavian Marble in the southern mountain range between Bulgaria and Bulgislavia.

Camera crews were still filming the moment and were capturing Ion and his Wife sitting by the fountain at the base of the Provoçe statue and inspecting other fittings in the grand hall (one of only two fully completed rooms in the Palace)

Next they were led through a large Marble corridor into a kind of conference room

It was a nice room with a portrait of Provoçe in the back wall and two bust's of Ion and Irena either side of the Protrait.

A grand table was right in the middle of the room. the walls were a kind of dark grey.

Set out on the table was a model of a completed Palace of Creçea and the surrounding area that was under construction.

6 months ago this same model was being filmed the only difference was that it was Provoçe who was inspecting it, not Milencu.

Then Irena and Ion were presented with a peice of Parchment

It had a declaration on it of some kind. It only required the signatures of Ion and Irena

The camera crews filmed them signing the parchment and finished with Ion rolling it up and putting it in a small metal capsule.

They were then escorted out to an area out the front of the Palace of Creçea.

It was an empty hole.

the camera crews then filmed the pair dropping the metal capsule down the hole (It was to be a time capsule. the metal tin also contained the edition of the national news paper. some coins and photographs and the declaration with the signatures of the "Mother of all Bulgislavians" and the "Great Comrade Leader"

it was to be uncovered and dug up on June 1st 2068, 60 years from now.

Then in another "Grand historic" moment the pair held scoops of concrete and began shovelling it into the hole.

They then stopped and posed for photographs.

A "monument to glorious progress" was to be built over the hole it would really be a tall 5 meter concrete column to glorify the grand construction.

Then everyone retreated for the night.

Ion and Irena were to stay in Creçea's city hall where it contained a presidential suite
(Often used by the late Provoçe)

The next day at the early hours of 7am trumpets sounded and triumphant military music played.
The Bulgislavian peoples choir came out dressed in the Bulgislavian national costume singing the song "Mai Muncitoresc"
The Creçea local militia was being paraded down the newly completed Grand Creçea Boulavard

With that Ion and Irena were escorted to the Presidential Limo and taken back to the helicopter to be transported to thier next destination
the small western industrial city of Timescu

Timescu was currently under the control of Dinu Milencu who was Ion's adopted son and he was only 28 years old.
He was given this position when his father came to power in the coup. Since coming to power Milencu had installed his family to all the high positions.
Some Bulgislavians even began saying that what they had was "Socialism in one family"

Dinu was different to the rest of his family. He was not self serving, demanding or meglomaniacal. Infact Timescu was the only city that was actually doing reasonably well considering the economic difficulties the country was suffering the ordinary citizens of Timescu knew this and loved him for his work. He was probably the only genuinly popular member of the Milencu family but despite this Ions Biological and "psycopathic" son was named as the successor after Ion leaves government

Dinu was in charge of creating the welcome for his parents. He thought it was best that it be left up to him as he knew his mother Irena would just thorw a tantrum if things werent perfect but she could not stay mad at her adopted son.

The Helicopter was due to arrive in central Timescu within the hour

"Take me to the citizens, I want to speak to them" said Dinu

He was lead outside. again citizens were lining the streets though not as much. Dinu did not want to disrupt to many peoples lives and inconvenience them to much

"Are you all warm? we have water if anybody is thirsty just ask. We will give you all 30 Urmi for making you stand out like this" said Dinu

"Dont Worry Comrade Dinu, the people are with you!" yelled a voice from the crowd

"Thank you, you will all be able to return to your homes after Ion and Irena's visit, if you have any problems direct them to my staff who will be out here with you all" said Dinu

Dinu returned into the Town Hall. Timescu already had a homogenous and souless structure and architecture and would not be effected by the massive demolition and re-construction of the country that Ion had planned. Although regular citizens were effected everywhere. cars were after all banned so all petrol could be diverted into the construction and earth moving equipment and vehicles.

The Helicopter was finally in sight

It was to land on the town hall roof.

Dinu was ready to greet then.

The Helicopter landed and Irena and Ion stepped out.

they shook hands with Dinu so the camera crews could see.
They then walked over to the side of the roof to view the people below where Irena blew kisses and waved and Ion just waved and saluted them.

The Dinu expected this, Irena walked over to Dinu

"Where are all the people!? there is hardly anyone on the streets below!" she snapped

"They are working, working for Bulgislavia to make it a rich country" replied Dinu

"If you say so" said Irena dismissivly, she then stormed off to her husbands right arm where they proceeded into the Town Hall.

The Local Communist Party and Timescu leadership were waiting in the town hall.

Irena and Ion were escorted into the hall. the leadership all stood up and began clapping in unison. Ion made his way to the stage and gave a speech and then ended with

"To the most prosperous city in Bulgislavia! To Dinu and to our glorious Workers Party!" then the hall erupted into more chanting and clapping in unison.

The rest of th day involved a trip to "the most productive factory's in Bulgislavia" one was a coat making factory, timber mill and tyre making factory.

Dinu had made new laws in which the workers of each workplace would meet in comittees every week to discuss working conditions and actually manage the factory, instead of the centralized system of getting workers party members to be brought in from Terevesti to manage factories they were called "Red Directors"

Dinu's system was more decentralized and more efficient and also created some competition. Dinu also handed out lump sum bonuses to the best 5 workers of each factory which helped end laziness and inefficient workers.

This was why Timescu was a prosperious city. Dinu also cut back on Cigouriva operations in Timescu and clamped down on local government corruption and police brutality.

Ion was actually quite embarased when he saw Dinu's laws put into practice he saw it as someone who was better then himself. Someone in Bulgislavia who was actually a better administrator then "The Great Comrade Leader"
On camera Ion went along with it and praised Dinu but in a private conversation Ion and Irena both poured scorn over Dinu's policies.

It made matters worse when the crowd assembled below began chanting Pro Dinu chants instead of the usual Pro Irena and Ion chants.

Infact Irena and Ion had thier trip shortened and left Timescu that afternoon on the presidential train.

Thousands of citizens turned out to wave off the train and throw confetti over the tracks at the train made its way out of the station and onto the next leg of the tour which was Plethece.

The Presidential train began riding through the city.

once again thousands of civilians were lining the tracks waving flags and throwing flower petals on the tracks as it passed then it enerted the station.

The dictator couple exited the train, gave waves with large smiles on thier faces. Irena was wearing another gown.

A presidential motorcade was set up with an open roof.

Ion was standing on the back seat so the thousands of people could see him. he was waving. Irena was sitting down in the back seat still waving.

They were being led to the Plethece Town Hall.

When they arrived they met with the city leadership and enerted the building.

Inside was a grand model of the city. it was not what it looked like now but what it will look like.

The new construction planned for the same sterile and symetrical architecture and street plan like Terevesti.

The city would see
New white, plain apartment blocks

A main central avenue called the Unity Boulavard which would split right down the middle of the city and even have a "Unity Bridge" which will cross the Dobruk River and onto the otherside of the city.

There was also to be the Construction of the AFP (Anasi Fiorna Prorolui) which was to be a 40,000 seater stadium with the main use of political rallies.

The Construction of Milencu Tower which is to be a 65 meter concrete pillar. with a bacony 20 meters up.
The two base floors will contain a museum and a Milencu appreciation floor.

Milencu Square which will be at the base of Milencu Tower and will be able to hole 100,000 on the square.

The Construction will be completely finished by 2018 and will cost Billions of dollars (which the state can hardly afford and will put more pressure and sacrafices on the people) Over 60,000 citizens will be housed in Barracks until the new apartments are completed. Until then they will be banned from the central city.

Irena and Ion just circled the model. making hand geastures and talking about how Plethece will be another showcase city and a grand example of the new construction program Milencu has set in place

The Next morning the couple were off again. There Plethece stay was not long. by this point Irena was moaning she wanted to return back to Terevesti.

One of the Milencu aides even suggested that Irena's body double continue the tour of the country while Irena returns back to Terevesti.

Ion agreed to that proposition but Irena threw another tantrum

"So you think I can be replaced so easily! I'm not going to have a fraud in the spotlight! fine i'll continue with the tour!" she yelled

They were scheduled to visit a school full of children but Irena had that scratched off the list at last minute so they can continue on to the next stop of Craasi

There train was once again waved off by crowds of cheering civilians as it headed to its next destination.

Ion and Irena were sitting on the stage of the Craasi City Hall.
Communist Party members were sitting around the outside with the center of the Hall left empty except for a Balancing beam and a big square blue mat.

The "Mother of all Bulgislavians" and the "Great Comrade Leader" were to witness a great performance from a young aspiring olympic Athlete.

The Young Teadora who was only years 14 old.
She was put into the stalinist sporting system at the young age of 6 and drilled into robotic perfection living in a barracks with other aspiring athletes and sometimes training 16 hours a day

Teadora was wearing a white costume with a red stripe going down her back and front.

She gave a bow to the President and his wife and then she gracefully began her routine on the mat
It was magnificent. Flips, cartwheels, splits, handstands.... her routine lasted 5 minutes Everyone in the room was capitvated by her perfection. By Ion's orders Omar (Ions psychotic son and person in charge for Bulgislavian sports) was forbidden to torture to sleep with the young Teadora. she was off limits as were a small number of fortunate athletes

After the routine the entire hall rose to its feet and began clapping in unison and chanting

"Glory to the Bulgislavian Sporting system! Glory to Omar and his great revolutionary work" (Omar was present as sports and Bulgislavian sporting achievements was his domain)

Next Teadora mounted the balance beam and began another spectacular routine on the beam. then she gracefully finished off.

After another minutes of applause and chanting Teadora grabbed a bouquet of flowers from her coach and walked up to Ion and Irena on the stage

Irena bent down and kissed Teadora on the head as Teadora gave her a hug and presented her with flowers
Then Teadora did the same to Ion presenting him with flowers too

All the time the Hall was applauding and chanting

Then Ion was handed a medal which he presented to Teadora
and she was given the medal for "Socialist Heroine or Labour and Progress"

Already Ion and Irena had been staying in Craasi for 3 days, longer then expected and most of that time was just extreme drinking and banquets.

Next they were to travel to their last stop the Harbour city of Lomona where they were to recieve thier biggest gift a Luxurious cruise liner as "A gift from the people"

2 days laters.

The entire waterfront docks was covered with the colour red.
Thousands were brought out to hold up coloured cards and wore a red costume.

Amoungst cheers and applause and chants Ion and Irena walked through the crowd to board thier new luxurious boat.

When they boarded the boat the boat launched off from the dock. the waterfront was flooded with the colour red as thousands stood on the shore facing the boat

Finally when the boat was a distance out Ion and Irena were led to the Balcony of the ship to view the waterfront with the thousands of uniformed civilians

With a signal on the boat that reached the beach the thousands of civilians lifted huge cards which revealed pictures of the dictator couple of Irena and Ion and then some more civilians lifted cards to show leters and words promoting glory to the leadership and the party

Then The couple and all present retreated into the boat to celebrate in a glorious banquet while the people were still made to stand out on the shore int he blistering summer heat though glasses of water were handed out every hour the people were still very hot. then the boat began to return to the dock and Ion and Irena left Lomona by Helicopter in the outskirts passing thousands of civilians standing on either side of wide boulavards waving flags and chanting.

They returned back to Terevesti and the TOUR OF THE MILENCU's WAS OVER

With the Danube River to the North and the two larger neighbors Romania and Bulgia

then the Dobrok River runs through the middle of the country

Then the to the south the Southern Bulgislavian Mountains act as a natural border to Bulgarian, Bulgislavia's southern neighbor
