The "Great Comrade Leader" Milencu and "Mother of All Bulgislavians" Irena gave the green light for a grand hotel to be constructed in Terevesti today amougnst a grand ceremony
Houses had been flattened in the area in late February under Provoçe but Milencu has taken the Construction over as his own Idea!
The state news is saying "What a genious our Great Comrade Leader is, a grand architect of Bulgislavia!"
It Began with the communist party standing around the construction site with earth moving equipment ready to go. They were all clapping in unison. Milencu gave a speech to the party and construction workers on how it will become a symbol for Bulgislavian progress. His power hungry wife and psychotic son were present at the ceremony
They the earth moving equipment came to life and began work on the ambition construction.
Milencu has major ambitions or mass demolition and construction for Bulgislavia to turn the cities into souless, sterile stalinist dystopia's! and it has called for even more sacrafices from the people including the banning off all privately owned vehicles so the petrol can be diverted into construction vehicles and now Bulgislavians are only permitted to have one 40 watt bulb per family to help ocnserve power!
The "New Symbol" is going to be 65 stories high hotel, the tallest building in Terevesti. possably even the country. It will have a roman themed bath house. one revolving restaurant and great views over the sterile, flat capital. though you will most probably notice the other Failure the great unfinished sore on the Workers party's backside....
Lets just hope this "new symbol" doesnt turn out as bad as another hotel also said to be the "New Symbol" of Bulgislavia which was supose to be a grand 50 story hotel in Terevesti. work began on that hotel in 1983 under Provoçe and was due to be completed in 1986 but material and construction problems caused the finish date to be 1989 but even then the collapse of its allies and the famine caused the complete halt of all work on the tower and the building remains a skeleton to this day.
It currently has no windows or fittings in it and has been uninhabited for over 25 years. Its just a concrete skeleton. In the 80's and 90's it was always shown in photographs and postcards are birghtly illuminated at night to make it look like a success. But by the new millenium it was an embarrasment that even the workers party wished never existed.
Infact after 1999 all photographs and postcards containing the building were edited and airbrushed to remove the building completely.
Even foriegn reporters couldnt get a straight answer from government officials on the building. the question of that "New Symbols" completion date was always avoided. It was much like the skin imperfection on Provoçe's face. Everyone knew it was there but no one ever talked about it and the media edited them out
Architects and engineers have even called that old unfinished Hotel dangerous and not structurally sound. It has cost the state dearly 3% of the nations GDP infact that more then anything the Workers Party probably want to see the destruction of that ugly, unfinished skeleton
So goodluck "Great Comrade Leader" on your "New Symbol" hope it isnt as big as a failure as the last "New Symbol"
