The Empire of Exotine is newly created. We have established an offer to make Union of Independent States (region) if please invite and join to help this union become powerful. Info is posted on the nationstates threads but here is some info.

First to join gets head of state. Please help establish a future union. The government works that Heads each have a power to control there field. I of course always have a say, but others who are not in political seats can vote about topics and the respective head will choose the best choice to him. It works like the European Union. Please join and help establish a union.

Yes, that would be great. Also do you know of anyone who would like to join my Union? Also, I have strong interest in establishing diplomatic relations with you. If you have no region your mroe than welcome o join mine. :P
