Diplomatic Immunity only extends to Class One and Class Two Crimes (Speeding and Driving under the influence respectively. Examples of higher crimes: Assault-Class three. Vandalism of Historical objects-Class four. Murder-Class five.)

Embassy Areas:
West Pug Square: A beautiful outlook over the ever-busy Pug square. Many Schools and shops are within walking distance from this area of Pug Square set aside for Embassy buildings.

Safety rating: 10- Pug Square is one of the safest areas in Pug City becasue of it's proximity to both the National Police Force building and two smaller police departments.

Aesthetic rating: 8- Pug Square is the center for several famous statues, and has a beautiful park on a raised hill directly at the center of Pug Square. Also is the only No-Car zone in CM and is made almost Exclusivly of Marble stone.

Entertainment rating: 9- Pug Square is home to many Night Clubs, Concert halls, malls, theaters, cinemas, and other places for entertainment are all within walking distance.

Education Rating: 7- Pug city itself is home to many fine private (The only kind) schools, renowned colleges, and schools of arts. However, Pug Square can boast of only four schools within walking distance, and none of them are in the top ten schools of Pug City.

Activity rating: 10- Pug Square is active at all times, night and day. For those who prefer to be up all hours of the night, or find a dull drone of voices, musicians, and feet to be lulling, this is a good thing. For those who prefer peace and quiet for sleep, or even daily activity, this can be a problem.

Religion rating: 10- Few other places in Pug City, or even CM hold as many different Religions and places to worship. There are over Forty different Churches, Twenty-two Roman-Greek god Temples, Fifteen Mandirs, Ten Mosques, Seven Synagogues, Five Buddhist Temples, and Three other Pagan Temples. All packed into the 1.3 square miles that make up Pug Square

13 Pug Square: A VERY old house, made with magnificent Oak wood, sanded down and engraved, it has recently undergone renovation to restore it to it's former glory. The courtyard is covered in ivy along the walls, and a collection of stone statues lining the walkway, each of great heroes of European myths and legends. Current Resident:United States of Allanea

14 Pug Square: A large and beautiful Marble house with a small Angel-fountain in the Courtyard. It has been expanded to provide enough space for an Embassy. Current resident: The Holy Empire of Wales and the March.

15 Pug Square: A rather large wooden ex-warehouse. It's not very comfortable despite being almost completly redone for an Embassy. It has more room then any of the other houses here however, and is still about as comfortable as a normal middle class house. It has been renovated to include electricity, running water,etc,. Current Resident: Imperial Republic of Greal

16 Pug Square: One of the few houses in Pug City with a lawn. It has a small pond, and a creek running into it, artificial of course, in the courtyard. It is taller then most buildings in the area, and has a small Observatory at the top. Current Resident: The Republic Of Colstream

17 Pug Square: A small (For an embassy at least), but high-tech embassy building. Hooked up to everything anybody would ever need. Sick during a unrescheldulable important diplomatic meeting? Wi-Fi web cam right there. Too warm? Lower the temperature of you, and you only (And maybe the surrounding square foot). For true techies. Current Resident: The People's Republic of Tokyoni

First University Street: As it's name suggests, the site for several renowned universities. It has it's share of mischievous college kids and other assorted teenage trouble makers, but we believe the good far outweighs the bad.

Safety Rating: 8- First University Street is rather safe, because of the nearby Police department whose officers are used to dealing with the mischief makers from the nearby schools. They cannot handle all the trouble-makers though, and although there isn't much of a chance of a serious crime happening, eggings and TP-ed houses are known to happen on occasion, although this is more a nusaince then any real threat.

Aesthetic rating: 9- The Nearby Universities are made with only the finest materials, and are architectural wonders. However, other then the Universities, there is little to be seen here.

Entertainment Rating: 7- First university street has its fair share of Entertaining places to visit, but nothing truly out of the ordinary.

Education rating: 9- First University street is home to four of the top ten Universities in CM, as well as the top free private school in all of CM. It has a total of seven elementary schools, five middle schools, six high schools, and four colleges, as well as the four universities. It is, however, lacking in Fine arts/ specialization schools.

Activity rating: 10- As can be expected when near a university or college, activity is always high, espicially during the night. Shouts, glass breaking, a egg cracking against a window, this is not a place for those who don't like the hustle and bustle of a college town, let alone this street.

Religion rating: 6- Few religious establishments have set up here, for understandable reasons, such as vandalism. Most of the places of worship are inside the university campuses, and are limited at best.

140 First University Street: A towering stone Embassy building. Nothing truly special, other then the view. Has Electricity, Running water,etc. Current Resident: The United Socialist States of Burtilana

142 First University Street: Located closest to the universities, it includes stain-resistant windows. It also has a indoor pool complete with diving board and indoor slide. Current Resident: The Fascist Federation of The Grand World Order

144 First University Street: A large former office building, it was only expanded to provide living quarters. Current Resident: The United Democratic Federation of Boico

146 First University Street: These houses were made by the Architect Marcus Hunt on a bet he couldn't make six completely identical houses. He continued to do so, until he died of Spanish Influenza before the last one was finished. These houses are often overlooked in light of Marcus Hunt's other projects. Current Resident: None

Greenwood road- A peaceful country road, named for the beautiful forest that surronds it, and Pug City, and the naturally foggy mountainside it moves along. A truly peaceful place that still lies near Pug City.

Safety Rating: 7- Although there are few other people living here, and CM has no native dangerous creatures, the closest Police Department is almost a mile and a half away.

Aesthetic rating: 10- This area is abundant with natural beauty with beautiful small clearings, an outlook over the entire forest (and Pug City), and the slight mist that settles over the area on overcast days. The path by the great Engraver Ordin Hunt lies here as his last work before succumbing to Spanish Influenza. It was a path leading to the top of the mountain, carved directly from the stone there, and depicting the entire events of the Bible until the death and resurrection of Jesus. It was afterwards encased in glass to prevent erosion.

Entertainment Rating: 7- This area has little in the way of man-made entertainment, although this is a good area for quail-hunting and there are several natural guides in the area to point out named points on this side of the mountain and bird species in the forest.

Education rating: 4- There aren't any schools within walking distance, although there is a bus that stops down here within walking distance. However, it is not one of the better schools in CM, and is advised you bring a private teacher.

Activity rating: 3- The loudest thing that you'll hear here is the sound of birds chirping in the morning. A very peaceful locale.

Religion rating: 5- The only religious establishment in the area is a small Roman Catholic Church, and that only has twenty regular attendees.

7801 Greenwood Road: A large and beautiful wooden cabin. It's view is almost completely obscured in trees, and has a very nice look to it. The Cabin has a deck out and front and out in back for the best possible view in its position. Current resident: None

7802 Greenwood Road: A large, but otherwise normal house, expanded to include an office and extra living quarters. Current Resident: The Constitutional Monarchy of Sharne

7807 Greenwood Road: A large Marble house sitting higher up on the mountain, it has a wonderful view of the forest and city, and yet is low enough to see the trees rising up near the house. Current Resident: The Kingdom of Roodswood

7808 Greenwood Road: A large house with an equally large garden, and a courtyard. The yard is surrounded by a very Victorian metal fence and has a large garden surrounding the fishing pond. Current Resident: Commonwealth of Free United States

7809 Greenwood Road: The final House at the end of Greenwood Road, it resides directly next to the start of the aforementioned path. It is essentially carved into the mountain, but because of a revolutionary heating system, it manages to stay warm during the winter months. Current Resident: Grand Duchy of Kleve-Berg

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

East Crossbow Street: The highly historical street in which the first Annual Crossbow competition took place. It has done so every year for over 1800 years. A good piece of advice: Don't walk down the middle of the street on December eighth.

Safety Rating: 9- A safe area to live in, constantly patrolled by police to protect the area from vandalism. Few crimes happen here, although you cannot smoke on the streets here, unlike most of Pug City.

Aesthetic rating: 10-

Raito spoke politely, motioning for the woman - in rank currently a Council-Secretary of the Woman's Juche Movement, a branch of the overall Kira Party. Outranked in this branch only by Raito's own mother and sister, Miss Matsuda was a figure of quite some influence within the People's Republic.

Young, intelligent, and radically supportive of Kira's Movement from its earliest days, before it even had a political branch, young Nami Matsuda had quickly caught the eye of Party leaders in possibly more ways than one. "Thank you." she smiled, closing the door behind her with a hand, standing and looking towards the Premier. "Raito, I've been thinking." she began, taking a deep breath; normally it would be considered an extreme breach of protocol for anyone to refer to the Premier by his first name, but Raito seemed not to mind. "I mean, all this sneaking around, I think the people are starting to suspect. I barely missed the changing shifts of guards today to get up here unnoticed again. So I was thinking... either; either, you simply declare our relationship publicly and get all these dreadful rumors to die or... or we might have to stop seeing one another, or at least not as often, I mean... Some of the other members of the Women's Juche Council are ... well, I know they know."

"Nami, listen." Raito began, waiting for her to finish. "As you know, the situation with Korea is ... unstable. War could break out literally any day. I couldn't bear the thought of placing you in needless danger. And so, I've came up with a plan, to both keep you safe, and perhaps make the rumors die once and for all. I've approved a ... transfer of position for you. You'd be safer outside of the country if war were to break out I would imagine; you've seen enough violence already. And so, I've approved a transfer in position for you to the position of Ambassador to a foreign nation. You'll be my personal voice, the voice of Kira's Part to a foreign people."

"But!" Nami protested, tears welling up in her eyes.

"Just until the war is over." Raito consolled, "And the moment it's over, and Korea is reunited, I'll transfer you back ... and announce our engagement to the nation."
