The Raven Corporation is looking for new land to build a new Ore refinement facility within a new nation. The facility will be processing up to about 7000 Tons of ore and will be shipping out about 3000 Tons of refined material.

The Raven Corporation Will be paying for the land used and will be willing to pay for the use of avalible sea lanes in order to ship out the material. The Raven Corporation will also be providing its own Security which will eliminate the need for having the areas law enforcement becoming preoccupied with patrolling the area.

Message to the Raven Corporation

West Corinthia may have an opening for the Raven Corporation. While Corinthian law does not allow for foreign corporations to maintain autonomous facilities within the Corinthian homeland, it would be permitted for you to construct a refinery on one of our overseas colonies.

In particular, Tol Numenor has a rather large pool of available labor. It is a prison colony holding detainees of various crimes ranging from inciting rebellion to grand larceny. These prisoners are currently performing menial labor, but it may be more profitable to employ them in your refinery.

The cost would be a percentage of your profits from the refinery, say, 40% (this is negotiable). You would also have full access to the merchant harbor of the island. You are welcome to bring security forces but they must obey Corinthian law and may not bring weapons outside of the refinery. They may carry small arms only inside the refinery grounds.

Tol Numenor is home to a large Corinthian naval base and is heavily protected against attack.

On another note, what type of ore would you be processing, and what type of waste material would be produced as a byproduct?

The Ore that is being processed will vary from load to load. We will mainly be processing Gold, silver and, Small amounts of others. Byproducts will also vary depending which Ore is being processed. However all Byproducts will be well contained and processed in other Company owned lands.

Your terms are acceptable. We will begin sending Constructions engineers to the area to begin operations. We hope that your nations labor pool will be able to support the number of needed personnel.

Currently some 4% of Barronia is out of work, and we have an overgrown construction industry following the recent National Exodus. Labour should be in plentiful supply.

Five acres on an artificial island is prime real estate for commercial, industrial, and residential purposes. We cannot lower our price for only 5 acres. If your needs were 5,000 acres or more, we might have been able to accommodate your offer of $3,000,000 per acre.

The tax would be no less then 10% on any exportation that used Rezliga means of transportation and no less then 5% on any exportation using your own transportation. All methods of transportation would need to be approved by the Rezligan Ministry of Enviromental Studies.

answer:The Raven corpoartion is commited to useing local labor to ensure all products meet Company standards.The projected labor need for the min. production of the facility will stand at 10,000 employees.

Answer:All Raven Products are Transported by Raven Vessels. All Raven Vessels utilize Nuclear power. The tax is fair and The Raven corporation cant find no reason not to pay.
