My nation needs the help of a benevelont super power. I am in a region that has some states in it that I perceive are a threat to my national security, I would request a peace keeping mission to assist me in establishing a DMZ area sufficient for me to ensure my borders are maintained, I do not anticipate a refugee problem and any assisting nation would not be permitted free access to my country.

We have a relatively free state and must ensure we remain so therefore I request any assistance to provide appropriate assurances that they would leave after I request them to.

I have significant resources available and wish to protect them.

Please let me know if you feel you can help.

At any rate, Annells claims that it must secure its borders by invading said neighbours, yet the Grand World Order merely wants to stomp on another nation to gain territory. This is unacceptable. In addition, nuke us all you want; it will be quite some time before you actually find any population centres in Stoklomolvi. However, if you nuke us then you will become the instigator of a massive armed conflict, which we would be lead to believe is something you do not want.

We here in Pinskulptia, his eastern border country, have had nothing but peaceful relations for years with the Oppressed Peoples of Annells. The evil corrupt communisiom to his north has been the goverment who has delayed trade relations, halted the sending of emergency rations after the draught which killed 15k plus civilians and have even posted military units on the borders. Upon realizing the mobilizaition of the terroitorys allied military units they quickly withdrawn, allowing the government to reclaim valuable resources which they were stripped of in the war of the quail 300 years ago in our region. We wish to commend all who are helping to defend this small nation, but wish to warn off any who would declare an invasion with enviromentally unsafe weapons. Our military scientists have reccently disovered a way to prevent the passing of nuclear energy of any discrption through our country and a way of destroying missile threats before they enter our land. In opening up the offer to discuss through diplomatic means the problem with our NPC northern border, we now can see the lack of willingness to join from those aggressor nations.

An Advisor Militant shall be dispatched to advise the President on the Needs Military of Annells. If permitted, an embassy shall be established, and members of the Ordo Argan Agari sent to secure trade and relations between our nations. A contingent of 24 kozoru class gunships will be sent under the command of Death Lord Romm to coordinate efforts with Annells. Romm will answer to President Graham initially, but may be reassigned at Her Option.

I did not know that you had begun talks with your northern neighbor, therefore we withdraw our previous statement. However, Conscription was introduced after our nation was attacked for the third time in just 5 years. It is defensive, and our last invasion of another country was in 1986 when a dictator was in control of our nation.

We still condemn the actions taken by your government to gain control of the land just north of your border. We do not condemn your invasion of your northern neighbor, only the use of other nations in this invasion under the cover of created a DMZ. If you had openly declared that your intent was to take land from your northern neighbor, we would have no quarrel with you.

My inexperienced nation does not understand some of the language used. The Minister of Information has been asked to contact those nations to determine the meaning of OOC and RPer.

For clarity the nation to the North is not real and not represented by any player.

In attempting to telegram for direct comms we encountered a difficulty in identifying imported_ViZion as a nation that can receive messages.

We are happy that Colstream have created a new thread and will support the diplomacy that is taking place there.
