The Prime Minister of Kenavt, has decreed that the Vanceal Square just outside downtown Poiuytrewq (the capital) shall be vacanted by Kenavtian citizens and opened for countries to put embassies into (since there was no previous space).

Your basic embassy is around 5000 square feet (464 square meters), two floors, sandwiched inbetween two other embassies, like townhouses. At the corner of the square, 25 Kenavt Marine troops each are stationed for defense.

Also present on the square is a small school for embassy children K-12. You may send an instructor for the children or entrust them to the Kenavt education system.

Correa State University is 5 kilometers away-it's the best in the country. Also, Quentin International Airport is in the opposite direction 3 kilometers away. A hangar has been reserved for CIVILIAN embassy planes ONLY. If you want minimal armanent on your plane, please specify.

After the extreme success of the Vanceal Square embassy complex, the government is in negotiations and planning for another embassy complex.

Limits on what you may bring:

Please no more than 3 vehicles.
Please no more than 10 troops for defense.
Please no more than submachine guns as armament.

I had just answered the Bio-Barometer survey by the Commonwealth, and I should have realized what would have followed afterward. You have gotten my response, I assume, and I am honoured to have received an application for an embassy from the Commonwealth. You may know that it was accepted almost instantaneously.

As well, when you requested economic relations, I witnessed my Secretary of the Treasury pratically cry out in joy, as the Secretary is also largely responsible for economic affairs. You can be sure that the Sovereignty is reducing tariffs on Biotopian products as I type to astronomically small figures, and most have been abolished completely. We hope this will increase trade, and therefore our economies.

The Commonwealth of Biotopia has now officially been assured that the Sovereignty of Kenavt will send an embassy application, along with an ambassador, as soon as possible. However, there are far more important matters to deal with at the moment (not to diminish the famous reputation of Biotopia) that may have serious implications. Kenavt, as far as I know, has not heard of the Emissions Trading Treaty. However, as long as this is an established treaty that does not have problems such as previous enviromental treaties in the past (OOC: Kyoto and the Doha talks now) the Sovereignty would be happy to sign it and pass all of the instructions of the treaty into law.

What do you mean by Dissie Helon (Grey, 5800)?

(1) No special clearance is required for ambassadors, they are given "VIP" status at all public transportation routes, which are largely the airports, subways, rail, and bus. You may come and go as you please.

(2) The use of public transport (see above) is allowed, but not encouraged for security purposes.

(3) A large amount of the nation is Roman Catholic, last polling figures put the percentage around 87.34%. All religions are allowed, but a large amount of Kenavtan Catholics do not like some types of Protestant, including Episcopal/Anglican, some Latter-Day Saint, and some Jehovah's Witness. Islamic discrimination is not allowed, but Muslims are free to worship and the like.
