The Administration for External Affairs was having a busy day today, for the first time in some many months, the office was preparing to engage an external power. The new nation naming itself 'Typheria' seemed to be a great new player into regional politics, the fact that people outside of Reichan space were indeed accepting civilisation as being better than their nomadic raiding ways was indeed great news.
Great news that most certainly had to be acted upon, new nations were always weak nations, and a weak nation, without support, was as bad as any barbarian warlord's armoured militia.
The telegram sent to the new nation read as such

The nation of The Black Reich would like to formally welcome, on behalf of our Lord Minister Nathan Carroner, the external nation of Typheria to the world stage. Our nation, like yours, started alone in this world.
Our nation was forced to struggle, alone and unsupported, throughout this dangerous world without assistance, without anyone willing to provide our feet to stand on.

We are glad to welcome you to the world stage! As you are a fledgling nation, I believe that much assistance is needed to get your country up-and-runnning, and competing with other nations of the world (and universe, if you want to use 'futuristic tech'). If your nation is based on the modern day, or a few years into the future (what we in Internation Incidents like to call MT and PMT), The Indonesian States will gladly assist you in establishing diplomatic relations and trade.
If some of those phrases are unfamiliar to you, a good thing to look at are the stickies, as they can help you with about everything you need to do to become great with international incidents.

Though there is some dispute to our existence, that should soon be sorted out. We will set up an embassy program as soon as some land is cleared and developed.
