By Order of His Majesty King Elrän I, foreign nations are hereby allowed to establish embassies within the Kyrozarian borders. Also given by His Majesty the King is the Edict of Lyrith in which His Majesty has declared that the past policies of isolationism are the remnants of a defunct ideology of extreme nationalism and xenophobia and are will now brought to an end. Kyrozaria will now be an active member of the international community.

Attached to this document is the application to establish an embassy within Kyrozaria. We request that all applications be sent to the Royal Foreign Ministry via a secure channel in order to protect otherwise sensitive information.

Embassy Application Form - E-001

Rules and Regulations (Please read before submitting request)
1. Each nation may send up to two-hundred civilian personnel as well as a limited security force. Preferably one-hundred or less, however this is not required. But the number of security personnel may not exceed the number of civilian personnel stationed at the embassy.
2. No more than ten vehicles (this number includes helicopters) are allowed to be stationed at a nation's embassy. Armored vehicles are permitted, but military vehicles are strictly forbidden.
3. All security personnel may be equipped with the following: the nation's standard side arm, the nation's standard assault rifle, and a knife with a blade length of less than 25 centimeters. Outside of the embassy, they are only permitted to carry the country's standard side arm and a knife. All weapons shall be registered with the Kyrozarian government.
4. All helicopters stationed in Kyrozaria by a foreign government will be provided with a private heli-pad.
5. Embassy personnel shall live within 60 km of their respective embassy or within the embassy complex itself.
6. Embassies shall be constructed in the capital city of Genoa (Jinòa).
7: The following streets have been allocated for embassy construction: Reidmär Drive, Caraná Drive, and Varia Drive
8. All embassies shall be alloted three point five (3.5) acres of land upon which their embassy shall be constructed.
9: All embassy slots are handed over to foreign governments on a first come first served basis.
10: All nations are permitted to apply for a special agreement with the Kyrozarian Kingdom.
