We anticipate a favourable response from any interested parties and due to recent terrorist attacks that are undermining our nations common oil and gas programme ( that plans to offer our citizens subsidized oil and gas in the light of the capalist corporations insurmountable justification for profit margins within our territory) in the oil rich northern districts of Sakha President Kostov has made limited concessions for foreign investment and exploitation of sakhas resources ( on the grounds that that hypothetical party helps develop infrastructure and keeps their target market outside of Sakhastan and thus do not interfere with the governments tightly regulated domestic market)

Clandestine Statement

The Realm is somewhat displeased that its former subjects has been subjected to the yoke of communism, but is still interested in maintaining diplomatic relations with the successor state to the largest territory of the former Siberian Realm so we can insure that those of our subjects who chose to remain in Sakha while still maintaining their Cottish citizenships will not suffer any undue suffering while under the dark spell of communism. We thank you for the embassy and return the offer to you for an embassy in Voldagrad. We will send personnel along with a foreign administrative councilman to oversee diplomatic relations are conducted within CSN State Article regulations, in the interest of Nerotika and the people abroad. Our Ambassador, Darrick Corth will arrive about two weeks after the embassy has been secured and prepared.

We offer you eight units from the Federal State Police Buerau, top counter-insurgency paramilitary units that have seen several combat situations within our own conflicted territories of the Chechen states. These units will most certainly be able to help you train counter-insurgency forces of your own as well as offer additional special forces assistance within special circumstances.

Standard: Standard classification is the normal level of encryption. It is equivalent to the standard levels of encryption seen on most secure e-mail clients.

Confidential: Confidential classification is a higher level of encryption than "Standard" but it is not heavily encrypted. It is used mostly for flash traffic to foreign countries and requires some additional decoding time. It uses 512-bit RSA encryption methods and has several key ciphers that change unpredictably.

Secure: Secure communiques use 1024-bit RSA encryption and several key ciphers within them that change unpredictably to ensure that message traffic is not hacked or decoded. Access to said messages would require heavy cracking software and significant resources but it is not "uncrackable." It can be a viable level through 2010.

Encrypted: Encrypted classification is the second highest level of classification. It is uses 2048-bit RSA encryption and multiple key ciphers within it to ensure that cracking it would take such a significant amount of time to accomplish that, should it be done, the message's usefulness would have already expired. Though anything is crackable, because of the methods employed, this level is often considered "uncrackable" by current capabilities. To ensure revolving protecting, ciphers and encryption algorithms will change unpredictably. This level is sufficient until 2030.

Maximum: Maximum classification is the highest level of classification available. It uses 3072-bit RSA encryption and multiple key ciphers that change unpredictably. It can provide protection past 2030.

Experimental: Currently not a fully recognized level, experimental denotes a category using 15360-bit RSA encryption and multiple key ciphers that change unpredictably. It is not in full operational use as of yet.
