2:15 PM, Presidential Mansion in Adrograd

The bright sun outside shone like a torch upon the Adrograd Presidential Mansion. Inside, countless servants, butlers, and security personnel hurried about. They needed to make sure that everything was going to go perfectly during the summit. Unlike other boring and lifeless summits that had occurred in the Mansion, this one was going to be different. Countless chefs from all over Volzgrad prepared delicious food while the butlers made sure that only the finest wine was to be served during dinner. Hopefully, all parties that attended the summit would leave happy.

High above the hustle and bustle, President Vasili Kavinkov stood cheerfully. So far, everything was going according to schedule and he couldn't help but grin upon seeing the lavish feast prepared for the guests. Around him, stood a full 10 man group of Volzgradien Knight Guard. Their ornate grey and gold greatcoats were covered in medals and decorations that they had won over the years. President Kavinkov also opted for something less than casual. He also wore a military greatcoat, but his had even more medals then the Knight Guard surrounding him. On his side, Kavinkov felt the Volzgradien Honor Sword in its scabbard.

To his right, Kavinkov could see a horde of advisors; ready to aide him in making decisions on the treaty. Among the group, he could see High Commander Gregory Ivankinski, his mentor and one of his best friends. As he looked back toward the window, Kavinkov could see a fleet of vehicles approaching the mansion. "Ahh, those must be the first guests" said Kavinkov happily as he and his entourage went to greet the guests.

Arihuis was sent by the L.O. to discus a number of issues, one was to insure peaceable relations, and the second was to open up the markets to allow freemarket, this of course along side establishing working travel arrangements. As a junior officer of the diplomatic corps this was fairly low profile and only denoting of having two lictors along side him, of course he was required to wear body armour, something he didn't really enjoy.

After studying their culture he realized that his silk robe and golden coloured chainmesh overlay, would likely not overly impress the guests since no medals were shown whatsoever - actually all three of their body armours were lacking of any individually notable honours. It was still a beautiful spectical; that is individuals on diplomatic missions were now given the "gold mesh" as a sign of their status - and although an alloy and not real gold it still looked essentially identical to someone wearing a full coat of golden chainmail - and used for essentially the same purpose as chainmail - deflecting impacts. Dian fashion had slowly advanced, it was now standard to wear your hair in a tight turban with a Nemes type overlay... it was deemed the "High Imperial Fashion". Braiding was still common though - so underneath was an ever ending braid covered. It was almost humourous with Dian soilders because they had their casual turban and their operational turbin... of course the humourous issues were "environmental issues" due to helmet size issues. was remidied by creating a spinal compartment for the long braid to go down in opeartional situations where environmental sealing was needed. in this case though Arihuis wore no helmet, he did have one though, however carried by an aid - oddly he was the junior officer - but still the spokesperson for the mission.

He had with him - a number of animal skin scrolls - while Dians were essentially vegan it was seen as a dishonour to let animals go to waste if they were to die - thus naturally deceased animals were seen as pure because their life force was allowed time to leave, and not kept in their bodies due to an unexpected slaughter.

Each scroll had a different purpose for negotiation.
In them contained a peace treaty and treaty of mutual recognition, visa allowances for travel, business, education, or special class; however, the mission was not for those purposes alone.

Although protectionistic Dia was welcoming of research or business exchanges - but provided they conformed to Dian Laws and Regulations.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Prime Minister Stephanos" said President Vasili Kavinkov as the two men and their entourage went into the courtyard for tea. A s they drew nearer, the two guards opened the door to reveal a pristine tea area. As Kavinkov sat down, he looked toward Stephanos and said "Now, what sort of tea would you like my friend?"

President Kavinkov you have a very beautiful country. As for my choice of tea, which would you suggest I love trying new drinks and food from the nations I visit. Do you know how many countries will be attending our summit? When would you like to start our summit sir? The king has a lot that he wants me to cover. This tea is great what is the name of its president Kavinkov?
