I apologize for the delay. Book buyback was more hectic than I anticipated, I changed my return train to a different day to deal with a few more personal issues back home in Illinois, and then I got slammed with three times the amount of work that I normally have at the store so i've been working overtime and then crashing when I get home. I've finally caught up with sleep and work so I can give a little more time to this.

I will post something in the IC Thread later today, but as for now I will post my Naval forces in the region here, and also I will divert some more naval forces from Dock Facilities at the Shazbotdom Homeland to the coastline of Shazbotdom Miroxia.

What sorta scale is this?

I lost my orriginal XLS File. That is off of my Wiki page. I need to recompile how many of each aircraft is on each carrier, plus what aircraft are based out of Shazbotdom Miroxia.

That may take a day or two as I need to track down the schematics for each carrier in my navy.

Obviously this is going to take some time.

With my work schedual i'm really not ready to do a full blown war right now, which is why i've been so far behind with giving information. Unless you'd rather pick one of the other nations who has a Colony in your area, I can't help that much right now.

An agreement was already made between Miroxia and Yani. Which means the conflcit is over. Threatening him will just bring a major pain in the ass to you, i'm sure. You kwern't a part of this conflict before, therefore youk have no reason to butt in know.

Miroxia: Yes, something can be worked out. But you'll have to negotiate with my submarine commander. Although I suppose my Grand Admiral could make a visit :3.

Could I have someone present at those negotiations? I'm trying to build up a base of characters so I don't have to keep inventing them. I like my characters to have done something pretty important, for example, the Viscount of my colony was once a Task Force Commander and temporary ruler of a very large size chunk of land.

Well, Miroxia has a totally shafted economy standard, but now he is entering into another war, so I don't really see his government as really being able to support another war.

Very true, no government can support so many wars, even the mass mobilization of troops like I have done costs quite a bit of money. The thing is, we have yet to reach a settlement and I am growing somewhat impatient.

My government has spent money to mobilize all of my forces, many people have joined the military looking for war, which has again provided a cost to my military and lastly, old ships which were to sold to help pay for the cost of newer ships were instead brought up to active service. In other wards ICly there have been many costs my government had to pay and they of course require some sort of ''settlement.''

I'd like to see an agreement reached, or with Yanitaria's permission, I will be invading, one on one. Here is my proposal and I urge Yanitaria to voice his opinion on it.

The original offer was a port city for half a million dollars and a non aggression pact signed.

Miroxia countered with 1000 square miles for $750,000.

Yanitaria countered with 5000-7000 square miles at ten times that price.

Miroxia did not counter that, thus we have a stalemate. This is what I propose.

4000 Square Miles at $1,000,000 to be divided between Yanitaria. Kaba and myself. This way we get a larger chunk of land at a reduced price, yet we don't end up taking all the land we want. 4000 Square miles isn't much compared to your entire nation.

A Non Aggression pact will be signed by all parties.

Furthermore, my leader would agree to meet with the leader of Miroxia to discuss possible economic improvement. In other wards, since your economy is collapsed or nearly collapsed, my government would strategize ways on which that can be fixed. So not only would my government give you money, we would teach you ways that your nation could increase it's own wealth.

If Yanitaria is willing, he could also have someone attend.

I would agree to this, but I insist that the land be split evenly between you and I, and that Kaba's piece of land come from my portion., so that Orbath gets 2000 miles^2.
