Triumphant Music sounded all over Urscol City.

Every wallscreen in every house and massive screens placed all over the city was switched on with the logo of the party on it when a massive booming voice sounded

"Fellow, loyal patriotic citizens. The Party will announce to you all now that our cities must advance thousands of years into the future to be a great glorious becon of the entire Universe. Already we have the mose advanced system in the Universie, Urstania is the Universe! Within the coming years the planet will enter into a new advaced period, Already we have made record scientific strides including the Party inventing Holographs and holographic data storing devices"
(This is a lie they were actually imported by more advanced space civilizations but the party would not allow information of more advanced civilizations remain for long and within days of the trade deal it was announced that the Party had invented the new devices. within a couple of years when books were no longer rememberd the party would go on to announce the first leader of Urstania more then 80 years ago invented the new devices... no one would ever question it)

A new museum had just been opened up. It contained small models of the new era architecture. It looked as though all buildings were inspired by waves in the ocean which extremely interested the locals as the planet of Urstania didnt even have an ocean and no one had ever heard of it. only the leadership had knowledge that oceans exists in other planets.

They would also be extremely tall buildings the tallest being 1500m high which is one and a half kilometers high. up until now all buildings were black, reflective blocks no higher then 10 stories but these new buildings would be clean, white and extremely tall to bring Urstania into the future

The Mirus station which is a satelite in orbit around the planet is where the most important party members and leadership resides. they live in luxurious apartments on the station but the new developments would now see the creation of "Space Palaces" for the leadership which would be luxurious satelites for the most important leadership thier own private luxury house satelites in orbit.

The KSS Explorer emerged into a system its sensors picking up heighted activity for a while, it had diverted course form its preplanned exploreation route to investigate this system.

6 Rock rat Stealth fighters emerged from the Hanger and engaged their stealth systems shroding them from all but the most advance or activly scanning sensors they moved towards a planet which looked as if it had life on it, that and it had some stations around it the fighters moved towards the planet and split off some flying around the planet others going into the atmosphere to find out more... two flew around the stations slowly scanning and sending data back to the KSS Explorer.

one of the kewen stealth fighters encoutered a problem as it decended into the atmoshpere coliding iwth a bit of junk its stealth systems failed it as it plumeted down towards the earth trailing flames it colided into a beach sinking into the sand submerging 1/2 of the fighter..

The Urstanian space program was mainly non existant. the party believed it did not need the galaxy and that all Urstania needed was itself. It even led to the abandonment of one of its Colonies on a neighboring planet when the Revolution took place.

It's satelites were mainly to monitor the planet. Though enything hitting the planet was always searched for fear Ustranian isolationism could be broken.

In one of the military bases close to the crash site systems had detected a collision by some foriegn object.

A small woman wearing the skin tight red elastic uniform. She had a small blue badge on her chest which mean she was a member of the "Birthing Legue" (woman dedicated to expanding the population by visiting the "Procreation hall's" where they are assigned a sexual partner)
She aslo had a white armband which represented the "Loyalty Squad" which were basically spies for the party. She was also classed a "Class A" citizen (The loyalest class, the most empty headed, filled with party propaganda) she had a large bust, shot brown hair and dark eyes.

She stood up and moved over to a machine and brought up a holographic map of the area and a list of the information.

"Brother! Come here this is strange, I dont think this is a meteor?" she said (All Urstanian's referred to each other as Brother or Sister to follow the parties belief that the traditional family has been abolished and the state is your family)

"Your right! I'll get men onto it right away, Issue an order to quarentine the area. No unautharized contact is to occur!" a big burly man ordered

She spoke into a microphone

"Brother U8995X, Issue Code 3, Quarentine planetary section 5, Issued from Base A-14 in Planetary Section 5" she said in an emotionless tone
(If you dont already know names have been abolished in Urstania people are given a code from now on)

She turned back to the holographic map and wondered what the object was, though the thought flashed into her head it was an evil bomb from some oppressive foriegn empire (A big fear for most Urstanian's thanks to the Party's propaganda machine)

Some men in black military uniform were in a hall filing out of the main entrace ready to surround the area to make sure no one gets into the uarentine area. Scientists were preparing themselves to evnture into the quarentine area.

Urstania's neighbor planet is Brenisen. Its a barren wasteland planet but its habitable. It has quite a number of hostile wildlife. Its larger then Urstania and has very old abandoned research and colony staions on it. they are over 80 to 90 years old but were abandoned 82 years ago.

I guess its free and up for grabs. it will make Urstania's solor system a bit more interesting when competition moves in next door and something the party can propaganda the people against with the whole "Permanent War" even though no war exists. sounds good. That goes for any other civilization you can all fight it out amoungst each other

87P manvoured his ship flying by the crash site.. it was easy to see.. a big pillar of black smoke drifting higher into the air and small pecies of wreckage burning merrily with green fire seeing no movement he continued doing sweeps around the air
"Ship leader this is Fighter 903, scanners are showing moderate activity i think hes been spotted"

The scientists were in the same red uniform as every other citizen. They were bundled into a transport vehicle.

"How do we go about this? what if its aliens? we have never seen an Alien before!? what about diseases it could kill us all!? we should pour all out bombs on it and let it be over with!?" said a nervous skittery scientist.

The military shut the doors of the vehicles and ordered it to drive off. The scientists suited up in some portective suite covering all of the body with special helmets to prevent contamination for outside germs and diseases

The Vehicle began to approach the downed object inside the quarentine zone

The copilot manged to wake his comarde he silently rejoiced before he heard a approching vechilesmoving with dazaling speed he dug a hole in the sand benath the ship and dived in with his comared not wanting to be found, taking with him some food ammo and a spare gun he wrecked as much quipment as possible before he collapsed the hole on top of him breathing only throgh a small hole.
