The Avalican Embassy Program

The Foreign Relations department in Avalic has decided to open the nation up to other nations with the new embassy program. The government is right now only opening embassies in the capital, but if needed, embassies will be allowed in other cities that the government chooses.

The Republic of Avalic is not biased toward any government style, only their government policies. Though the Avalican government looks down on propaganda from other nations. We will however be able to deny any application though, but we assure you that it will have nothing to do with government or economic styles and we will give you a reason why we denied your nation.

Rules of Embassies and Diplomats

Embassy Staff Treatment.

Diplomats and your ambassador will be given diplomatic immunity, but they will have to follow ours and their country's laws, if there are serious violations of our laws we will be allowed to send them back to their own country, and if they break your nation's law, no matter how minuscule, we will follow your government's request for them to come back to be tried in your country. We will also be allowed to do a background check on your diplomats and ambassador but we will not violate their privacy (such as sex life, etc.). Toll fares will be paid by our government. If there are accusations of spies, we will do a full investigation on all personnel (including security), if there is any significant amount of evidence pointing your ambassador or diplomats of spying we have the right to shut down your embassy and expel personnel from your country. During war, your embassy will be temporarily shut down and personnel from your nation will be sent back for their own safety. If a nation with an embassy program in Avalic goes to war with us or our allies, we will permanently shut down your embassy until relations are resolved between our nations and we will send back your personnel immediately.

Propaganda.

The Avalican government looks down on propaganda from other nations and strongly suggests that you do not spread propaganda for religious, economic, or political ideas. Any propaganda found from another nation will be deleted (websites and e-mails to our citizens only), destroyed (flyers, posters, billboards, etc.), or shut off (radio and television broadcasts).

Weapons and Vehicles.

All vehicles must be unarmed, and we will never allow any military vehicle or aircraft. Armored vehicles are allowed. Limousines are also not permitted unless necessary and neither are boats/ships of any kind as our ports are only used for trade or civilian use.

We ask that each security guard carries only 1 weapon. Machine guns, automatic weapons, all explosives (including firecrackers), and riot control weapons are all banned and we had a right to confiscate any found when doing full body checks. Request for police in case of a riots or hostage situations will always be accepted. Sniper rifles, blades, and miscellaneous weapons will only be allowed if needed but we only ask you to only request for it for traditional use (for the blades and miscellaneous) and sniper rifles will not be allowed anywhere outside the embassy and any use of it during protests will be enough to expel the shooter and ban any use of sniper rifles in your security force. Weapons of mass destruction are highly prohibited and possession of them will be enough to expel all your embassy staff from your nation (including security) and ban you from the embassy program forever. If there is any use of these, we will immediately consider this as an act of war.

Drugs and Medicine.

Drugs and medicine laws that will have to be followed are of our nation's not yours. Drug trafficking is prohibited and we will expel your entire embassy staff for this crime but you are allowed to send another embassy staff. Cigarettes will be allowed to be smoked inside your embassy unlike our laws permits. Though if this causes a fire, your diplomat or ambassador must pay for the damages. Medicines must be viewed by us and we will confiscate any that contain strong mind altering drugs or other chemicals that are only permitted for hospitals, but we will give them back to you if it's a serious emergency.
