In my country there are no talking animals. In my country there are no foreign people. There are only Telvirese people. It is my country. They call my country The Far Echo Islands but it is Telvir. People are wrong. Rochelle is my sister. Telvir is not her country, Telvir is my country. James is my father, Telvir is not his country. Telvir is my country. Maria is my mother..." rambled Arbiter Kez Iko as he sat in his office, his head turned slightly to the side, drool hanging down his face, the scar under his eye seeming very pounced.
Rochell peered in. "Jesus, he's forgotten his meds again." she said.
"Oh, he's been doing that lately. I don't know why. And some of the things he says in these rants have been coming out in normal life." whispered Kez' sectary.
"Well, guess I'll shove it down his throat." sighed Rochell.
The Next Day
"Supreme Commander Jordic, can you somehow get all the animals in one place?" asked Iko.
"Ah, maybe. I can try. Can't see how I can assure you that there will be 100% attendance, but I suppose. But may I ask, why do you want to worry with this bottom feeder scum?" replied the large bodied military man.
"Because Telvir is my country. Only Telvirese people in Telvir." he said, his meds running thin.
"What?!" screamed Supreme Commander Jordic.
"Nothing, Supreme Commander. Just do this. You are the one who put down the possibility of revolt. You took out the rebel leadership after I came to power, I trust you to put down this threat too." he handed the manilla folder over. The tab read "Operation Flat Soda" Jordic flipped through it.
"Sir, this is, biocide. Shit, and genocide, you want to kill furries and humans? Do you really expect this country to hold together through this?" asked Jordic quizzically.
"Telvir is my country, Telvir will not fall apart."
"Where in the fuck is Telvir?" asked Jordic in frustration he thought for a second, "Wasn't that one of the old southern tribal kingdoms? Back in the 1300's?"
"Telvir is my country."
"What ever. I don't like furries 'nyway. I'll have to consult with you about killin the foreigners don't feel too well 'bout that. I'll do phase one now though." Jordic said, concerned.

This is open, right now I am looking to have ppl play spies. I am hoping that some of the folks that I have rped in depth with in the past will have a spy, but anyone is welcome to so long as you do it well.
Also a useful time line, not with dates, but some good stuff to know:
1: Kez Iko comes to power in the Socialist Party by a rigged election
2: Election results contested by Supreme Court
3: Kez Iko kills Arbiter Delpin Hyit and his Vice Arbiter.
4: Alexander Jari, Pres. Pro Temp. Of the Senate becomes Arbiter via line of succession.
5: Iko hires hitman who kills Jari
6: Iko becomes Arbiter
7: Iko declares state of emergency, suspends Articles of Confederation.
8: Revolution is planned
9: Word of the names and locations of rebel leaders is leaked to Iko.
10: Iko appoints Jordic Supreme Commander, tasks with eliminating rebel leaders
11: Iko catches severe case of infuenza, runs 106 degree F (41 degree C) fever, breaking down some chemicals in his brain.
12: Iko's long standing schizophrenia becomes more pronounced after he recovers, drugs become less efficient.
As a final note, TFEI has become very much like Narnia. Many animals have human like abilities and intelligence. It can be hard to tell between the regular animals and the human like ones.
