After some discussion, my government has decided that we are provisionally interested in exchanging embassies with your nation. However we only send diplomatic missions to nations that recognise the principle of diplomatic immunity, as a general rule, and so I am enquiring about your own government's policy on such matters.

Following your confirmation that your government does recognise the principle of diplomatic immunity, my government has decided to send the following personnel to establish an embassy for us in your capital city, assuming they are acceptable to you.

Our ambassador to your nation will be Lady Marra o Greenwood, who will be accompanied by her husband Rrorhb o Greenwood (Bronze medallist, Men's Individual Archery, 3rd NSOC Summer Olympics) and their three young cubs. Rrorhb will serve as the mission's main Cultural Attache, with special responsibility for Sports.
This mission will also contain a further 6 diplomats (including a Trade Attache, and a Deputy Cultural Attache who will double as their chaplain), 16 'Special Support' staff (i.e. confidential secretaries, communications personnel, diplomatic messengers, a doctor, and such), 32 'General Support' staff (cooks, butlers, drivers, and so on... although we may also hire some locals to supplement these, if that is permitted), and an Honour Guard of 24 warriors (who will be armed with longbows, and quarterstaffs) from Clan Greenwood's regular infantry. Some of these personnel may also be accompanied by dependants, although -- in accordance with our own customs -- that will not be the case for any members of the Honour Guard.
Any vehicles that the mission requires will be acquired locally.

We would appreciate a site with reasonably spacious grounds, at least some part of which is enclosed sufficently by trees or hedges for privacy and preferably with a pool, if that is possible.

We ask that you reciprocate by establishing an embassy in our own capital city, 'Council Groves'. (Follow the link in my sig...)
