basically the Mary Jane would be ground up very fine, then packed into little balls, about 1 inch Diameter, wrapped in a flammable paper lightly soaked in an alcohol solution. The first explosion would be a slow burning one to get them lit, as the second, maybe .01 seconds later at the max, would be a quick burning one to spread them all over the place....

Everyone be advised, i'm off to bed. Consider my operatives are enroute to an observation post in a tower, they're trained to be invisible (and they're well trained). My civvies are under the commies custody. If you want to free them and take them yourselves, you'd need to talk to Greal first, but i'm okay with it. My C-130 has landed, and i'm assuming the crew will be arrested somehow, but i'd like you to wait before doing anything to them. I should be back in about 10 hours or so. See you.

I haven't arrested them yet anyway.
