Due to civil unrest currently taking place, a nationwide curfew has been enacted, the border has been locked and it is advised that nations that currently have embassies in country immediately evacuate the country. Having said that, after 24 hours we are not responsible for your countryman for the duration of the conflict.

We are very troubled by this news. A C-17 Globemaster baring Zinairian roundels will be landing in your nation within several hours to evacuate our embassy staff. Where should we land this plane? Furthermore, because "vehicles will be provided" we that demand our entire embassy staff, 36 persons is given passage to the airport is armored vehicles. Should you not comply, a Chinook helicopter carried by a second C-17 will evacuate the embassy with no regard for damage to public property of injury to you civilians.

Crisis in Chernobyl-Pripyat
Due to the recent news of a civil uprising in the friendly nation of Chernobyl-Pripyat, we, the Senatus de Roma V, hereby request access into the skies of Chernobyl-Pripyat so that our incoming Alenia C-27J Spartan can land at the safest airport. We also ask that a regiment of the Roman Foreign Legion have access into the zone in which our embassy lies so that we may evacuate the Ambassador and the embassy's staff without diverting much needed forces from the loyalist military to do so.
The Legionnaires will be armed and firing live rounds. We request the ability to fire back if fired upon. We ask that four S-15 Legionnaire Armored Transports (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=9570518&postcount=246) be allowed to drive the troops two and from the embassy.

While Altairan has no embassy here, we would happily provide air-support to transport diplomatic staff.

Four BTR-80's will bring your people to an airfield outside of Pripyat, as no rebel activity has taken place there
Nearly midnight in Chernobyl-Pripyat...
The Alenia C-27J Spartan came to a halt shortly after touching down on the runway at the secure airport after skidding a few times against the toughened ground. The back ramp slowly lowered and workers helped direct the four vehicles inside down the ramp.
Minutes later the airport was far behind them as the legionnaires observed the destruction all around them. Troops and vehicles were everywhere and buildings burned. One soldier commented on how he felt as if he stepped into hell.
The vehicles stopped outside the embassy after circling it a few times, not recognizing it from the missing flag of Roma V which had been taken down from the flag pole it normally hung by to discourage insurgents from targeting it. The soldiers split into groups of four and searched the compound.
The building, darkened by loss of power, was ghostly silent and the troops carefully searched each room. Finally, they had everyone who worked there accounted for and had collected all the valuable documents that belonged to the Ambassador. As they rushed the Ambassador and his staff into the vehicles they kept on the property Legionnaires made a perimeter around the convoy as they observed the destruction and heard the sounds of battle all around them.
They were just about ready to leave for the airport.

Outside of the embassy a group of soldiers were "interrogating" some rebel fighters that had supposedly surrendered, although the soldiers claim they were planting a bomb on the side of the wall. After producing no answers, the soldiers open fired upon the captured rebel fighters, then moving the bodies to a ditch on the side of the road. Near a BMP-2 that was parked near by, an Officer was talking to his superiors over a radio. He then turns to the group of soldiers. "Leave the bodies there, no one will care. Get the barbed wire from the truck and set it across the road, it's likely that the enemy might try to escape through here." Following orders, the soldiers set up a road block. "Put the M-84's over there, behind the bushes. cut the engines as well. Oh, and be sure to confirm who you're shooting at, there could be Roman troops near by." "Why would they be here?" "they evacuated the embassy, and they more then likely came to secure sensitive documents."
The convoy raced down the street as they reminded themselves they only had 24 hours to get out of the city before it was going to be decimated by artillery fire. While indeed a sad fate for the many innocents no doubt trapped inside, they would not step in and argue with the decisions of the government of Chernobyl-Pripyat.
The convoy slowed down as they approached a few soldiers setting up a barricade in the street. The commanding officer stepped out of the armored transport and approached the troops. "Hate to be in the way, but do you think you could move that stuff aside for a sec so we can squeeze by? We'll be on our way after that." As he finished asking his eyes drifted to a ditch on the side of the rode with a bloodied corpse occupying it.

Official Message from the Aissurian Defence Deparment.
Regarding Evacuation of Embassy Personal.
Currently, two Transport Helicopters are En-route to the Capital to evacuate Embassy personal. Should they be denied, or fired upon, Special Forces team will be sent and ordered to shoot anyone who is interfering. Do not attempt to keep the Embassy Personal, or the Aissurian Military will be forced to enter the country and evacuate them by force.
(Message end)
The Ambassador quickly put the papers through the shredder. Two of his Guards came in wielding their AY-143s.
"We must go. Now." The One guard said.
"Alright." The Ambassador said as he cleared his computer. He opened the Computer and destroyed the insides.
The personal went outside to the vehicles.
"I still think we should have used Aissurian Vehicles. These better not break down." One person said as they climbed into the vehicles. The men attempted to start the vehicles, but they failed to start.
"Fuck." Said a Guard.
"Back inside, now." Said the other.
"This is Embassy Guard 1, vehicles did not start, need pick up." The Guard said.
"This is Evac Helicopter, roger that. Sit put." Cape a reply.
-------------------------------------
The Two MI-26s landed at the Helipad. Soldiers jumped out and relaoded their Weapons. Two Armoured Trucks came out of the other Helicopter. The troops loaded up and headed at fast speeds toward the Embassy.

"You are Roman soldiers, yes? proceed to the airstrip, our Officer told us that there would likely be foreign troops evacuating their embassies."
Two other soldeirs then moved the spool of barbed with from the road
"Will do. Much thanks men", said the officer as he gave them a brief salute before getting back into the vehicle and the convoy proceeded past the barricade.
Once they reached the airport, the vehicles were loaded back up and the troops with them. The vehicles that came from the embassy were left there so that they could be retrieved upon the Ambassador's return.
The plane took off shortly after. Leaving Chernobyl-Pripyat below the clouds as they headed for Roma V.
