OOC:Let's see........ I need a nation to volunteer to be attacked by my terorrist organization i will RP.(as in Altairan had NOTHING to do with this) The organization is called the Karibarmasa and oppose democracy. They will attack the volunteer nation because of that, so dictatorships need not volunteer. After the first attack nations may respond in any way.
