First of all, it's not WWI. For some nations, it's WWXVII.
Second, I don't like the thought of every 10 post count nation signing up and using n00kz. That's why I avoid Open RPs
Third, once a bazillion nations join, it's hard to keep the thread on track.
Forth, you did this unilaterally, so it's automatically a no. If you wanted an open RP, you shouldn't have closed it in the first place.
