Comrade General,
It is our understanding that you are now in control of the People's Republic of Bulgislavia, having violently toppled the legitimate leader Alia Prekov in an unlawful military coup. It is our duty to inform you that in response to this criminal act the Kingdom of United Balkania hereby severs all diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of Bulgislavia. We have recalled our ambassador, Nemanja Dusanovic, to Balkania indefinitely and all treaties between our two nations have been suspended.
On a personal note, Comrade General, I suppose I never should have expected anything less from you.
