Wedding ceremony. (FT, ATTN TFU AND ALLIES.)
Red Talons

The ceremony would take place on Torm. A tropical planet in the coreworlds of the Terran Federal Union. Waiting in a back room was Isahil. Wearing his finest robes, which had been hand made for the occasion. At his hips he wore his katana and wakazashi. He also bore a long bundle, wrapped in black silk with red cord.
His robes were a deep silken black that shone with a crimson red sheen when the light hit them right. A purple trim around the collar and cuffs marked him as a telepath of his people. His hair was hanging in locks around his head. his gray cat ears poking out, twitching erratically as he nervously prepared.
When it was time, he stepped out into the temple courtyard where the ceremony was to be held. The area was well lit under the bright sun. The gold and silver walls of the temple gleaming. Standing behind the altar was a massive statue of a dragon, with precious jems gilded into its body. Other statues of draconic creatures lined the open courtyard up to the raised platform that was his destination.
In orbit. The Red Talons had two battleships, the Wildfire and the Destiny, along with the heavy battle cruiser Kergerin. The ships hulking forms surrounded by two dozen destroyers and three strike carriers. Each of the new carriers was the size of a cruiser, and carried a similar weapons compliment to a full blown warship of its size. On the bridge of the Kergerin. 5/4 stood, overseeing the proceedings from his seat. An unopened bottle of wine sat next to his chair along with a glass. "Well this should prove to be interesting." He said to himself with a slight smile.

Rob Calhoun was nearly done with his preparations, his well pressed black tuxedo, strait and crisp, as his blue eyes peered in to the mirror looking over his tall semi muscular professional looking form, his hair was neatly combed, his cufflinks glinting with gold and silver. He looked around at his aides who were busy preparing the receptions outside.
He smiled to himself his hands pressed to his side as he turned about, it would be a little longer before the ceremony started. This of course was to wait for any diplomatic guests that were attending. To himself he thought what a wonderful day this was, what a wonderful experience. What an ironic one as well.
The Terran Federation populace had no sense of what sexual orientation was, they had evolved beyond the primitive ideals of what that was, they only knew of one thing .. Love.. That was all many of the social issues that came with same sex marriage and relationships disappeared thousands of years ago in a cloud of dust. Some nations still held on to these savage ideals and would surely raise their voices to this event.
President Mike Logan would appear, he was beamed down in a flash of brilliant white and blue light, his tuxedo pressed crisply on to him, flanked by two secret servicemen he looked around, he watched the hustle and bustle of people getting thins ready, streams of water in channels moving all about. This was a magnificent temple of the dragons. Several large dragon statues with golden axes stood over pools of crisp blue fountains that were etched in jewels. Logan smiled a bit with a chuckle as he wandered through several well lit corridors in to the grand ball room. He headed over towards Rob and said holding his hand out.
“Hey, congratulations my friend, looks like you bagged yourself a nice one to”
He said looking through the window with a smile, of course rob couldn’t and wouldn’t look due to that old earth tradition they had. He responded shaking Logans hand.
“It’s nice to see you here Mike, I’m glad you could make it, hopefully others will come”
Logan Smiled he nodded waving his hand a bit nonchalantly. “I wouldn’t miss this for the world, sides it’s a good time to make me look good politically, and maybe bag myself a nice lady..”
Rob laughed a bit at his joke and said in the same manner. “Selfish bastard!”
Mike laughed again as well. “I know.. I know..
In orbit the fleet of the red talons was obviously dwarfed by the 200 federation ships stationed In the systems at all time, it was a major core world in the UTF, it housed several intuitions as well as large shipyards and star bases dedicated to R & D and ship building. The world bellow was beautiful, massive sky scrapers reaching nearly in to space could be seen from the massive city centers Torm housed, of course much of the planet was still natural jungle it was moderately developed with massive arcolgies , and massive city centers that had space elevators extending to orbital habitats, and resource stations. Even cities on the sea were prevalent.
The UTS Light of justice, was being built at the Dragonis Torm ship yards or (DTSY), it was the first ship in a new class of battle cruiser to serve as a flexible intermediary between the Warrington and titan. The red talons fleet could see its massive ominous body being shaped and built, nearly complete, its form shimmered with the light of the planet and system as shuttles and bright lights of quantum weaving devices worked their magic. Its markings said “The UTS Light of Justice, CCB-450”with the Terran Federation Star Navy flag on the side. It was part of a crash program to build up the might of the Federation due to threats from foreign powers in fact torm seemed oddly on the buildup, thousands of new platforms, could be seen being moved and built in positions around the planet, system and sun..
EIT’S units were scattered around the system and even in its ort cloud to detect any attempts of hostile activity, of course it’s not like the UTF didn’t have fixed installations with enough surveillance equipment to detect an atom out of place thousands of light years away, so the EITS added extra arcs of coverage.

Amasaratu Omega, out of Perigrine by Abaddon, took one last look into the mirror - lambent blue green eyes assessing her appearance dispassionately -and nodded approvingly. The white face make-up mask of one of the Phoenix Empress's Hands suited her. It gave her an anonimity that she prefered, and was in keeping with the mode of the occassion. The rich crimson silk of the formal kimonos flowed properly as she turned about, testing the fit. Not that she expected to enter combat at a nupial occassion, but she prefered to never be caught off guard. The kimono's kept her from manifesting her wings but if it came to where she needed them the condition of the kimonos would be the last thing on any senisble persons mind.
Then with a graceful, swift but unhurried, move Amasaratu settled the dual katanas at her hip. The wakasashi, the soul blade, stayed in her hand, it had been her way since it's forging. She had spent too long in the Shadow Realm to be comfortable otherwise.
"Have they been informed of our pending arrival?"
"Yes Mistress" The Options of Inifnity (http://www.atddm.com/opt1.jpg)replied. The Warship was newly wakened and there was still a veil of formality between them.
"Would you like to come with me?" Amasaratu asked.
"No thank you Lady. I will keep watch from orbit." The Warship sounded fainty surprized.
Amasaratu smiled and laid a hand on on him, letting their link strengthen. "You can always look though my eyes should you desire a closer look, don't be hesitant."
His wordless response was instantaneous and very pleased. He'd been alone and asleep for far too long.
Then she was porting away, to the place of ceremony.

Isahil waited patiently outside at the edge of the courtyard. Holding the bundle under one arm as he waited. He ran a hand through his hair, folding over one of his cat ears in the process, only to have it flip back up as his hand passed. He smiled to himself as he reached out with his mind to rob.
~"So, how long before the ceremony starts?"~ He asked. Looking around at the gathereing crowd from his location in a little covered area on the edge of the courtyard.

Of course he had to be late.
Distracted by Padawans, given into by Master in council, and to top it off stopping and interplanetary war! What a day in the eyes of the Grand Master of the Jedi Order. Such waste of energy to forget the wedding! His father, Drakomis, couldn't attend because of personal matters elsewhere. But as his Fathers son, he represented the Sovereign Interests of Anagonia, and therefore was the best damn person to do the job. His Jedi robe covered his form like his fathers did, almost identical expect for the blue hue of the outfit. He was Komodren, standing almost shorter than his Father, and his tail thrashing madly behind him in irritation as he stood in the courtyard.
Moments before an Anagonia Cruiser had made orbit, quickly beaming David Zeus down to the reception area. Anagonia would not be left out, oh no. This was a joyous occasion! And finally he was able to get out of the damn temple. Here, at least, he could find himself again. His reddish-green scales beamed the sunlight in perplexing patterns to all who saw him, his robe hiding but his bottom legs, and neck and head. His eyes were a dark blue, and his slitted pupils retracted as he tried to notice anyone.
"Maybe I'm too late," He said hopelessly.
"Maybe I'm too late,"
"Well if you are, then I am as well. And as I refuse to be late, then neither are you." Amasaratu's perfectly shaped, crimson glossed lips didn't curve into a smile, but neither were they donwcast. The Empress's Hand gave the newcomer brief but extrememly thorough a once over. Leaving him perhaps feeling assessed, quantified, and cataloged.
Her lambent blue green eyes surveyed the other assembled guests, then swept once more of the richly bejewedled statues of dragons. "Most dragons I know would far prefer to be sleeping on their gems. not wearing them."
While it was in no way obvious about her, any one with a discerning eye and knoweldge to back that discernment up, could recognise a warrior with more war than peace in the recent past.
She turned more fully to the Anagonian, her head dipping in greeting as she brought her free hand, fist inward, to tap lightly on her collar bone. Bracer clad bone spurs flareing slightly, she introduced herself formally. "Amasaratu Omega, out of Perigrine by Abaddon, Karasu Pride, Phoenix Empire, personal representative of the Empress."
"If you're late, than I'm ages behind." The other representatives would turn, and see Director Granger (http://xigre.com/datatxt/media/2/20070617-Michael%20Ironside%20as%20Gen.%20Jack%20Granger.jpg) walking in, wearing his dull brown uniform with GDI insignia (http://www.ea.com.sg/tiberiumwars/images/gdi.jpg), with a glittering palette of various medals and awards he had garnered during the time of service in the GDI military. He was of the mind that for such an event, he had to make the representation personally. With the General taking care of the military back home and keeping things ready for the possible Greal-Xiscapian war, and the other tensions going around, he felt safe enough to come here and enjoy some of the wine they had. Jack wasn't much for social parties, and all that political bullshit he had to deal with, day in and day out, but this was a wedding. Politics would be here, they always were, but they took the back seat to the main show, love.
He took off his hat and bowed to the other representatives, as his two GDI bodyguards (http://www.cncden.com/cnc3_gdiunits_new/gdi_commando.jpg) walked up to flank him. "Greetings to you, I see we have all gathered for this happy occasion. I am sorry for the delay in my arrival, but government is hard to get away from sometimes." As they talked, the GDIS Eagle, the flagship of the GDI navy, and the largest ship they have, remained in orbit, providing even more protection of the area, deploying SkySentry drones to patrol the system, always looking.
"If you're late, than I'm ages behind."
Amasaratu turned and returned the greeting as she had for the Anagonian,
"Greetings to you, I see we have all gathered for this happy occasion. I am sorry for the delay in my arrival, but government is hard to get away from sometimes."
"I have been fortuante and avoided any such ...imperial entanglements, though I know far too many who would wince to hear me compare a government position to legal troubles" Amasaratu deliverd the line deadpan, but her eyes twinkled. Being one of the Hands of the Emperess wasn't quite a governmental position
She looked back into the area where the nupial rituals were to be held. "Though to all apprarances the rites have not yet started."

Yes he was a clone, the original was dead. Yes, he did not know of his past, except for a couple of years in the original. Yes, he still didn't quite fancy aliens. This time he had a more important destiny, he needed to prove his power. But he had only JUST begun, Kash would need to start by easing diplomatic relations with other powers, what better way to start than with a wedding. His transport shuttle was enroute, he broadcasted.
" Hello, this is the Galactic Observation Armada vessle: Spirit, requesting to dock."

Mike Logan had noticed every one start to filter in; he raised an eyebrow as several open bars began advertising for drink takers. The temple was huge and magnificent etched in gold with gems and stones around it, the light peered and glimmered around the massive hall, as curtains of silk like golden and silver material shifted in the light fresh and warm breeze, Logan smiled as he wandered over to a golden podium with a holomike sticking out from the top of it, he walked up on the diamond etched stairs, his well polished black loafers taped along ground as he settled, and started to speak, his voice reverberating though the massive hall, as the sounds of waterfalls could be heard around them.
“Welcome My friends!” he said with a smile, looking over the crowed “Vice President Rob Calhoun is not here right now he’s busy getting ready for this big day, so I’m here as a filler I guess.. Either that or I can give some boring political speech. Regardless I welcome you to the planet Torm, I hope you find your stay enjoyable. Now we are on top of a mountain so don’t mind the sky line”
he said nonchalantly pointing towards the massive city just a few miles from the huge temple complex, its glimmering spires of white, steel and glass filling the horizon, utterly humongous towers stretching as far as the eye could see in to space and in to the magnificently calm blue sky, the yellow sun reflecting upon the surfaces of the massive city. Huge elevated mag tubes crisscrossing the entire sky line, connecting buildings and hubs all around the city. Shuttles and flying transport units filled sky ways, transporter band usage was limited during certain times due to disruptions in space and time..
“Well any way” logan continued “It seems to me that we have the Bourgeoise attending this wedding” he said pointing to some delegates in a corner”
The sun glimmered magnificently upon the temples surfaces, obelisks armed with dragonic ruin, could be seen lined up along a path heading up towards an isolated part of the temple grounds. Mean while Rob was standing still getting ready he saw every one start coming in, and Logan blathering his mouth about silly stuff. He rolled his eyes continuing to ready himself, hearing his…fiancés thoughts, he responded back naturly.
~as soon as we get all the guest here, shant be to long now love..~
Mean while In orbit, the UTS Light of justice was nearly done, ready to launch in an hour, its massive body still within the shipyard holding it.. The star port bellow had sent a message to the transport requesting docking.

Kash piloted the shuttle to the building. It was massive, impressive to his eyes. He landed and exited, he wore complete GOU battle armor and carryed a War-path assault rifle. He looks like he was going into combat instead of a wedding, but it didn't matter to him, in all likelyhood he could be attacked, being a Calaverian and all.

David Zeus was bewildered by the sights of the planet, but perhaps the most was Amasaratu Omega. Before she went on to greet the other guests, he bowed in respects, his Jedi Rob clinging well to hide his features underneath. He gave a short smile, and stood straight.
"Grand Master David Zeus of the Anagonian Jedi Order, out of Kromulus, born in the unknown regions of the Galactic Federation." He smiled, scanning everyone else, greeting them in return. He had, of course, felt surveyed by Amasaratu, and in return started to walk, and stand beside her, at a respectful yet close distance. He placed his claws behind his back, quite casual, as she finished her survey's and conversations, David himself keeping quiet for Mr. Logan.
After they finished, he looked to her. "Excusing me for being rude," he said quietly, almost directing his voice towards her. "But, by chance, I seem to be lost here. I didn't have time to catch up on the event, a wedding of course, care to help me there?"
Of course he knew what this was, and respected the grand allies in the Terran Federation. He just wanted to talk to her, as he observed the splendid beauty of this world, admiring the Terran Federation for its style and texture.
"Computer, how long until my next appointment?" the bored Sertian asked from his office, iddly tossing a strangely designed paper plane into the air. The vessel would commence to do a loop from its vertical take off position, leveling itself out before flying in many circles before coming in to land right on the Admiral's palm.
The device landed just in time for the computer's answer, "Your next scheduled meeting is with the research team working on the IA-33 Reckoner, due in two weeks, seventeen hours, thirty-two minutes, and fifteen seconds."
"...No unknown factions in Solaron, no explorer teams reporting missing... nothing?" he asked somewhat hopefully. There really was nothing to do, Solaron was under going its growing pains but that was already planned and set. Leaving him, the Grand Admiral of the Sertian Empire, military leader of the Expedition, with nothing to do.
Then his savior came in message from the Red Talons, about a wedding between Isahil and the vice president of the UTF. "Wedding? ...Damnit, if I leave now I'll barely make it, and that's if I requisition a PC-Cruiser!" The Admiral sat back, staring at the message, and thought. Fortunately, or unfortunately if you look at it, boredom tended to make men borderline insane, and so he quickly decided to use one of the Chitra, a Phoenix-Class Cruiser that had been on patrol in the system as it didn't belong in any group. Of course, he needed an excuse more beyond just going for a political mission, and thus he came up with another excuse to supplement that one in case the Emperor asked why he had left the planet: It was apart of Rael's rehabilitation to witness a social interaction of that scale.
Nearly a week later the two kilometer long capital ship appeared out of warp outside the well defended planet, noting the regular crew compliment in addition to a Citizen Rael and a Commander Tri'wac (he had to use a false name, after all). Rael was dressed as simply as ever, green metal-fiber clothing that almost resembled archaic military uniforms. However, 'Tri'wac' opted for a more ceremonial route - wearing a decorated Officer armor adorned with a mantle, trailing behind it a red and black cloak. The back of the cloak, the black side, was adorned with a startling golden phoenix that stretched out across the fabric, acting like it was embracing, or protecting, the soldier that wore it.
Two minutes later they had hailed the planetary authorities and stated their invitation, dropping down via a shuttle/troop transport to the temple after they were cleared. They would arrive a few minutes after most of the other quests had filtered into the temple, leaving Tri'wac with just enough time to make one passing joke at the statues, "To bad we didn't bring a Drag'lock to guard us, I'm sure these would fuel their egos even more!"
And with that, the simply dressed citizen and elegantly dressed commander in disguise made it through the doorways of the temple, coming to a short stride then walk after they passed the doors. Taking a few seconds before everyone looked at what the commotion was about, they took the time to fix any errors in their garment their rush had made.
There was another aspect though, that was hidden of their appearance. Much like his regular armor, Trilano had a psi-nullifier implanted in this ceremonial one, which combined with his extensive resistance to psionic fields allowed Rael's presence to be disguised from other psychics - or at least make him appear to be just a run of the mill variety.

Rael was met by Kash, he walked up to the man on approach " Hello, im Kash Wilson, Calaverian goverment." Kash was eager to make things, sort of ok, among other nations. So he decided to start here, this man seemed important, and he was important, so both of them had at least one thing in common.
Once the TFU president finished speaking - but what in the heck were the Bourgeoise he was speaking of? She half shrugged to herself, knowing she;d find out soon enough.
"But, by chance, I seem to be lost here. I didn't have time to catch up on the event, a wedding of course, care to help me there?"
Amasaratu half shook her head, and her voice was apologetic "I won't be much help. This makes little sense to me. A treaty declaration might be of greater use. Emotional involvement is... a danger" And as she said it she knew she had probably said too much.
She recognised the Sertrians their slightly non human appearance and by the uniform armor that one wore. And the Calavaran that approached the pair by his armor. Her official job was intel after all; and just becasue she had been in Shadow then in Hell didn't mean she didn't keep up wth data from home side.
Though for the moment she'd just observe. Though lately that is all I seem to do... No... all I seem to do is do a 'Live and Die in Combat' routine, and now that the war has ended there is nothing left for me to fight. That did it, she realised. She had been too damned long in continuous combat if she was, of all things, missing it. And she had been home for only a week. Though in the Hell dimention that would have been a year. Another year of avoiding the problem She thought with blunt honesty. She'd managed to avoid the issue, in this reality, for a full week. For her, that was spectacular. Amasaratu normally was too ruthlessly self honest to hide from herself for long.
"I think I've been too many tours without a leave" Amasaratu said half to herself.
Rael looked... vaguely confused as Kash approached him. His face seem to be almost devoid of emotion, so the only thing that gave away his puzzlement was how he kept looking from the man to the other Sertian next to him, before turning back to Kash, "Hi... I'm Citizen Rael, now to... meet you?"
"You must excuse my companion," the ornately dressed Commander Tri'wec spoke to the other, "Rael has some, issues that he's still dealing with from an extended stasis. To put it bluntly, he's socially awkward."

Kash put his hand out to te commander " You look like military, I am as you, Galactic Observation Units, your branch?" He smiled, and was kinda wierded out by Rael.
The disguised admiral smirked, taking the other's hands in his own armored one, "Commander of the destroyer Relinquish, I was the closest to this planet when we got the invitation so I was the only one that could make it in time. I brought my friend here with me so that he could get some social interaction, part of his treatment." He spoke with a charismatic smirk and intelligent eyes, and to anyone that could tell he seemed like he was destined more than just a post commanding a warship - given that they didn't know he was there already. "So Karth, are we to late to celebrate in our allies' wedding?"

The Neo Kirisuban government had received an invitation and Princess Kaede of the Imperial family was representing her people.
She had arrived on the defence force cruiser 'Sea Dragon' and had a pair of bodyguards. The princess was 17 years old and wore her dark hair long with a classical golden yellow silk kimono and flat shoes.
Her bodyguards wore black trousers, white blouses and green jackets. They had concealed phasers on them but wore visable twin edged daggers on their left hips as did all Neo Kirisuban crews. The women looking after the princess looked professional and had the crest of the defence fleet as well as two strips on their right sleeves. The crest was also their comm badge.
Having arrived in time for the ceremony the Princess was certainly interested in this and in maintaining the good relationships with the Federal Union and Tanara.
