Also the construction of a 29 billion dollar state of the art Air Force base is completed in Le Havre, after years of work.
An Army base is currently under construction which has the capability of housing and serving over 5,500 men.

While you may have the equipment you need to defend your nation, do your soldiers have the experience or training to be able to defend your nation? All of that equipment is useless unless you can use it properly, that is why we would like to offer you a chance to have a war game with us, to test the capabilities of your forces.

OOC: Basically if you want, we can have a 1 on 1 war game on some island with the objective being for me to land my forces and penetrate your defenses. If your interested lemme know and we can get into finer details.
