Embassy construction - (RULES AND REGULATIONS)

One must adhere to the following whilst or before requesting the construction of an Embassy or Consulate :

As sighted, voted on and passed by the Border Protection Service (BPS) and the MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS and ADVANCEMENT (MoFAA) on this day on May 1, 2008:

Section 1(a) through

Section 1 : Concerning the Application and Construction process
Section 1(a) : APPLICATION for CONSTRUCTION

When presenting an application for the construction of your embassy, a letter must be sent according to the template set out in App. Form (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=556174) All applications, shall only be considered if the template is followed.

Section 1(b) : BUILDING or DESIGN

Any building requiring rennovation to meet the needs of its occupants shall be paid for by the said nation.

Section 1(c) : DATE of OCCUPATION

Unless otherwise stated, the government of the nation will occupy the premises immediately.


Section 2 : Concerning personnel numbers
Section 2(a) : MINIMUMs and MAXIMUMs

All embassies are listed as either small, large or huge. In the case of the small building, the maximum amount of occupants should not exceed 50, according to state fire and safety regulations. The large, 150, the huge, 350.

Section 2(b) : SECURITY PERSONNEL

Under the Diplomatic security act of (2008) passed by HOHLOV, Georgy (BPS) all diplomatic boyguards are allowed weapons in accordance with their protective laws and regulations. However, the number of pistols per person should not exceed 2, automatic weapons, 2 and explosive devices, 1. No consul or foreign representative can, at any time, carry a weapon due to the Diplomatic immunity regulations (refer section 2(c)).

Section 2(c) : DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY

All foreign representatives who have gained the status of diplomat have immunity from prosecution or search whilst passing through, staying in or living in Lions de France. HOWEVER, if a diplomat becomes a suspect in a first degree crime, and the country from which (s)he came has no permanant extradition laws, (s)he can held by authorities for an indefinite amount of time. According to this section of the act, no foreign dignitaries or representatives should be armed, because of their status as being immune to normal prosecution.

COMMENTS : The maximum number of permanantly stationed vehicles at a consulate building is 12.
No ARMED airforce aircraft are permitted in OUR airspace when used to transport foreign diplomats, all foreign aircraft must declare themselves and gain permission and MUST submit to a search.
