Another Good Idea (TM).

Anyhow, I was thinking not that much in space yet, save for fast transit, and tourism. Automated mining probes on the moon, and that's it. Anyhow, the storyline should be good. I'm off now, so I'll post sometime later.

sounds cool so far. Having space capacity with something like a larger Space Shuttle for short Sol system trips but able to travel to the closest stars would fit into early PMT.

Leave off it: if PMT starts in about 2016, then you've really got problems. Late PMT at beast if you want to go to the nearest stars.

In response to the question you asked, N-K, the Third Tier Citizenship is legal basic citizenship. It means you are legally a Citizen. Nothing aside.

Moving up, Second Tier Citizenship is for those who have done National Service, such as being a fireman or some important work like that for one enlistment at least.

First Tier Citizenship is for those who have served in the armed forces or who have done twenty years part-time in some alternative National Service.

Basically, each level gets you things like tax reductions, more access to basic legally granted government benefits, etc...

In addition my government would be willing to make a deal with a Persai doing military service. For every one month they serve, two would be removed from how long they must serve out the contract.

Sounds good. I believe theres enough there to do a deal and advance the story along.
