Imperial Announcement.
His Highness' First Reformed Imperial Government would like to announce that it is withdrawing the Imperial Armed Forces 3rd, 4th and 5th Batallions from the now-Imperial land of Ouban.
The Imperial 6th and 7th Batallions shall remain as the new Oubanarian Guard.
His Highness Emperor Rhuuk VIII would like to congratulate both the people of the Empire for their victory in Ouban and the people of Ouban for joining the Empire and overthrowing their corrupt leadership.
