Recognising the importance of international relationships and cooperation, the Republic of Ruccola cordially invites all nations to establish a diplomatic presence in Arugula, the Ruccolian capital, to foster the development of bilateral ties. A new diplomatic quarter has been laid out on the former site of the Arugula Container Port with the intention of housing the embassies of foreign states.
