hello, I'm new and i thought it might be a good idea to post on the forums and let everyone know about my existence. i don't really want to be in the west pacific. are there any regions that are smaller and have some expert players?:cool:

The region of Egeden has some greatly experienced players including Swarm who so far has run two successful regions. Currently we have over 300+ nations in our region however the forum community is smaller and a lot more familiar. Or you can join the Genesis Federation which is Swarm's old, but still thriving region of around 150+ nations (last I checked).

Pacific Islands (http://www.nationstates.net/81036/page=display_region/) is a great region. We are getting ready for the elections so who knows you could be leader in a week's time. We may only have 8 nations but looking to expand.

Im pretty new here too and to be honest, feelin a bit lost, i mean, apart from answerin an issue a couple of times a day, what do i do?

You can Roleplay on the forums eg. Declaring war, having diplomatic relations with another nation etc. If you need any more help visit Compass to International Incidents (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=543994)

Actually, this should have gone in Gamesplay. But, besides answering issues you can Roleplay, you can debate WA proposals in the World Assembly Forum, you can get involved in your region's politics, among other things.

Glad to have you on board, Rexheim. II can always use new blood, especially the type that can spell (as it seems you can, which is a god-send in a newb.) If you're looking to be more active in International Incidents, might I suggest Rodinia? Its a small but growing region which is focused upon II and RPing in II (that's International Incidents to be clear.) We have a couple of experienced players, and a couple of newer ones like yourself. Yes, Pacific Islands was a good region. If you don't intend to RP (Roleplay) on II (International Incidents) very often.

Join Greater Deinstad, which in my opinion is by far the finest II region without a password.
