Brother nations,

Now that our great nation has emerged from decades of confused civil war, our government has found itself with a great surplus of weapons we have no use for, even with our compulsory conscription policy. Our wise leader has decided it would be best to sell some of these in order to raise necessary funds for other projects, and to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands. If any nation or corporation is interested in purchasing some of our equipment, the basic list is as follows:

126,000 Small Arms, ranging from handguns to sniper rifles, Kalashnikovs to M14s (SOLD)
Over 6,000,000 rounds for a variety of Small Arms (SOLD)
19 Tonnes of Explosives (SOLD)
60 Obsolete Armoured Vehicles (NEARLY SOLD OUT)
8 Artillery Guns (SOLD)
2 Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-23 Fighter Aircraft (SOLD)
1 UAV (damaged)

All the T-70 tanks are used but fully functioning, being of exceptionally sturdy design. They have seen extensive action in the civil war, but have not let us down yet.

They are priced at 3.8m dimeons ($750,000USD) each.

[OOC: T-70's? you mean these, right? T-70 light tank (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/2/20/T70.svg/800px-T70.svg.png) unless you mean T-72, of which I would like to purchase]

No, T-72s are not suitable for combat in a country like ours, the terrain is simply unsuitable. T-70s are used as they are both maneuverable and well armed.

We are happy to sell to the UTP the full complement of explosives for a mere 300,000 dimeons ($53,000USD). They are ready to be shipped immediately.

The artillery pieces are largely American M198 Howitzers which have proven too expensive for us to maintain (parts must be imported), however we also have several American M270 MLRS units which have again proven too expensive to efficiently operate. The 6 Howitzers are priced at 34m dimeons each ($6mUSD) and the two Multiple Rocket Launcher Systems are priced at 25m dimeons each ($4.42mUSD).

UAVs are Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and are chiefly used for reconnaissance. This one in question is of our own design, the GG72-Sc. It is a rotorcraft UAV capable of 150 hours flight time, with a variety of sensors for military scanning. This one malfunctioned in the last 2 hours of its patrol and crashed, suffering moderate (though reparable) damage. It is priced at 9.96m dimeons ($1.76mUSD).
