OOC: this will be the last proposal for a while

The International Market Tower project is going to be a central hub for major companies operating in the international city. Basically a huge office building. The city is already filled with towers, but this tower does the same thing the International College does; brings it into one space. Also there is no additional tax, for Prycuse is funding it. Donations are acceptable for enhancements for the building. The tower will be 2416 Ft. high (302 Floors). The design: it will be a spiral (staircase type) building. Prycuse is calling on the great architects, and engineers of other nations to complete this wonder.

The first 2 floors are lobby. the last 300 are open to claim. The floors are grouped into sections of 5 floors. Which means 60 spots are open to businesses. Each business can have 2 sections.

OOC: I don't know alot about buildings and design, but it seems a little tall to me.

OOC: it is VERY tall but thats the point. ill lower it.

OOC: It should be 60 sections now.

Also, Zinaire, being a very business-oriented nation, approves whole-heartedly of this concept and is willing to donate $100 billion USD to the project. We will be sending at least to companies to represent us.

Belkan engineers will help with the project. Our engineers are some of the finest in the world, but are for the most part colorblind, so will not be able to offer artistic opinions.

Big building but sure it is a good idea to centralize that sort of thing. Of course you'll have commerce spread out throughout the city but the biggest companies and corporations could set up there to make things easier. I know Manchurian Global will definitely want a few floors in there.

Workers, artists, engineers, technicians, troubleshooters ect are also expensive. Not to mention zoning, insurance, unions and all that. Building is expensive.

Well, spend it however you wish. Also, Overmill Technologies, Zinaire's leading information technology company, is donating some of its mysterious and allegedly very expensive computers to the tower. We like this project and would like it to house our I.T corporation and main ballistic development company. However it is not so close to our hearts as to provide funding so you will have to make do with some free engineers and subsidised building materials.

Zinaire , isn't $100 bil quite a bit of your budget to throw away just like that? I mean our project budget for this city is $400 bil peferably lower.

OOC: Meh, it's a third of our commerce budget for a year. We'll live.

Fair enough. I just re-read your "how much should a University cost anyway, shouldn't 30 bill be enough" line, and my own rather care free pledge of 10% before knowing the cost, realising how naturaly we switched made me smile.

The United States of Hisperians is willing to give 20 artisans including Robert Bartels, famous Hisperians artisan and designer of the Hisperians National Tower. This building should be a number of smaller towers that are connected together to make sure that terrorists groups bombing the market won't cause mass destructive damage to the whole project. One of the towers could be the clothing tower while another could be the entertainment tower. What district will this market be in?

First thanks for the support. Second the tower will be in district 20. Third I would like to keep it as one tower. Smaller towers can be built but One huge tower is much more efficient. Less space taken up for more room. Another thing is there will an Airspace Restriction over this district. Any plane that does not comply will be shot down by SAM missiles. This should stop any thing like 9/11. Also there would be no reason for any group of Terrorists to attack Prycuse; we are very neutral. We are not saying it could not happen but very unlikely. (The City's airport is among the most secure in the world.)

All countries should alarm all air services about this!

Naturally, Zinaire is delighted to be so close to this tower as it is an excellent representation of Zinairian ideals. We will remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in the area.

Karat fully supports the Market tower and is offering its best Construction and Labor forces to assist in the construction. Two company’s Karat Technology’s and Karat Manufactures.LTD. Both company’s have donated Construction grants of 26 Million USD each to fund the project.
