OOC: In the Real World, cities have sister cities. Though I do not believe this status does anything, I just think it would be fun to have something like this. All you do is post a notice on this thread from a city in your nation, asking for a sister city. They would then quote your notice and reply if they wish to become sister cities with one another. I can't think of how the letter should be made, so I will let someone do this first ;)
