5 Series
Created for the Delkorian Military to replace their 3 Series jets, the new 5 Series promises to be a simple upgrade. They are small, light, and yet very agile aircraft, and with the right pilot, are able to engage much bigger fighters. Serveral versions are available to fit all of your needs.

F5A (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h52/nx9100/Aircraft/F5A.jpg) - General Purpose Attack Fighter
Price: $9 million

F5C (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h52/nx9100/Aircraft/F5C.jpg) - Dedicated Naval Attack Fighter
Price: $9.5 million

F5T (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h52/nx9100/Aircraft/F5T.jpg) - Two seat trainer

F5F (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h52/nx9100/Aircraft/F5F.jpg) - Unarmed tanker - A particular advantage for small air arms or when operating in remote locations. A designated supply F5F would mount a center-mounted "buddy store", a large external fuel tank with a hose reel in the aft section and an extensible drogue refueling bucket. This aircraft was fuelled up without armament and launched first. Attack aircraft would be armed to the maximum and given just enough fuel allowable by maximum take-off weight limits. Once airborne, they would then proceed to top up their fuel tanks from the tanker using their fixed re-fueling probe on the starboard side of the aircraft nose. They could then sortie with both full armament and fuel loads.
Price: $6 million

F5N (http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h52/nx9100/Aircraft/F5N.jpg) - Night/adverse weather version, with AN/APG-53A radar, autopilot, LABS low-altitude bombing system

(OOC: Just as an advice. Do you have an elite organized crime force to steal aircrafts from other NationStates? Because with these prices, you could just sell them for free as well. Just because you rename a F-35 and copy its stats you can't magically cut its price from 80-90 millions to 20-30 millions range, I'm sorry to tell you this, but a storefront for cheap aircrafts won't have any stealth for sale asides from a low RCS Antonov An-2 with wooden propellers and canvas wings which don't reflect radar waves. A minimally decent air superiority fighter regarding avionics would cost at least around 15 millions(and that for 1970-1980 avionics standards), while a fully dedicated close air support aircraft like the A-10 costs about 11 millions, and that without any stealth. The cheapest stealth fighter IRL is the F-35.

My suggestion is simply to sell F-14 interceptors for $30-35 millions, F-15 air superiority fighters for 25 millions and F-16 multi-roles for 14-15 millions each. And don't simply rename real designs claiming them as yours. And finally, the incredibly cheap F-5 Freedom fighter for 2 millions each, which will probably be as far as you can get cost-effectiveness, as it is a 1960s aircraft.

And finally, you should sell some Antonov An-2s and Y-5s too because they're made of win and are the cheapest transport aircrafts possible, a single one can cost as little as $30,000, although you could even push it to $25,000.
