Although originally I was going to RP a rebellion and then the land capture, due to lack of interest, on my part and on others, it didn't get very far. I've decided instead just to give away the land. But wait, before you jump right in and take it you must agree to the following.
You must RP the capture of the land and the development.
Reasonable amounts of land please!

Ok so a brief overview of the nation.
Frenzia was once a proud nation, boosting a reasonable level of international relations and participating in trade. However, Frenzia's stance of trying to protect people world wide awakened a beast. A nation by the name of Raven corps saw fit to attempt to invade and destroy Frenzia. With the aid of several nations, including Kraven, they were bravely repelled, due in part to Kraven's defeat on the home front. Raven corps retreated and Frenzia licked its wounds.
It hadn't ended, several years later Raven corps returned. Rather than risking loss in a conventional war like before, Raven corps blockaded Frenzia, cutting off valuable food supplies and ending international trade. Frenzia appealed for help from the international community but not before it's only farmland was destroyed by a chemical weapon and an entire city destroyed by a nuclear weapon. Not wanting to risk war against many, Raven corps again retreated, this time for good.
In the years after, Frenzia became poor. With the end of its international trade, dwindling food supply and economic decline because of the two recent large scale wars, Frenzia was on a down hill slope. What made matters worse was the crazed rantings of the slowly going insane High Councillor who eventually disappeared. In his last years, he turned a blind eye to almost anything, doing almost nothing to run his nation. The people protested and rioted and he still didn't pay attention. After his disappearance, before order could be restored, the nation turned to anarchy. Groups of armed citizens each developed into factions with their own goals and ideals.
Two nations, Orbath and Greal attempted to provide assistance, bringing aid to a starving, warring population. The international community saw this. Some wanted Frenzia for themselves, while others wished to help. Regardless, it was about to get crowded.
As for the map,
Orbath - Orange (I took some land so you didn't hold such a large amount)
Greal - Blue
White - Open
Green Circle - Nuclear wasteland
