Very basically speaking, HT includes Cypria, as I'm part of a superstate (the other half being Naggeroth), which means, at a bare minimum, Cypria might get involved. Greal's also part of the Cyprian Circle, which also includes TFU, Oblivion2, Telros, and Kostemetsia. Of course, we probably won't need to bring in full-scale militaries, but as this seems almost inevitably a shooting war, with NC, Xiscapia, Alversia, and Tanara all seemingly getting involved, it's not really fair to leave Greal out in the cold without some almost ridiculously insane firepower behind him.
