Ladies and Gentlemen, The Queen of Spitfire Island, Her Majesty Sara Karden Liolla.

(THE QUEEN SPEAKS)

My fellow Citizens of Spitfire Island, Members of the Surda Empire, and all peoples of the World, Good Afternoon.

My responsibilities as the Queen Mother of the newly formed Empire of Surda continue to increase has we build a sound Government and a strong foundation with which all people in the Surda Empire can securely and proudly live within.
It is unfortunate to admit that these responsibilities are become even more demanding and extremely difficult to carry out with my regular duties has the Queen of The Kingdom of Spitfire Island.
To concentrate my responsibilities, in order to better rule Surda, and in continued prosperity for Spitfire Island I have decided that I must succeed the Throne of Spitfire Island. I will thus be able to take on the full duties and responsibilities of the Surda Empire and rest peacefully knowing that my Kingdom is equally taken care of.
I will be succeeding the Throne of the Kingdom of Spitfire Island to my daughter, the Crown Princess Erica Karden Liolla. In accordance with Spitfire Islands traditions the Crown Princess must first marry to accept the throne.

It is with this that I introduce my daughter, Princess Erica to the Royal World, and inform all Royalty that she is willing to go through with this responsibility, and that she is thus reviewing possibly candidates for marriage.

If you are interested in this arrangement, please reply to this post and send a telegram to the Kingdom of Spitfire Island.

Princess Erica is 20 years old, and extremely mature for that age. She is a beautiful girl with blue eyes and shining brown hair.

The requirements to apply for this arrangement are that the Groom must
1. Be of Royal blood, a member of the immediate Royal Family of another Nation
2. Be no older than 25 years of age
3. And of course be willing to move to the Royal Palace of Spitfire Island to assist in the Ruling of the Kingdom

Other factors will be negotiated at the time of your acceptance, and before the official wedding.

It has come to my attention and that of the House of Schverzinski, which reigns over the Empire of Ixania as its sovereign Imperial Family, that you seek a suitor for your daughter and I, having read over the message which you sent, have written this letter in reply to offer my son, Prince Pharamond as a possible suitor. Being only twenty six years old, Pharamond is one of the best fencers in the entirety of the Ixanian realm; having competed in many tournaments against people including a sibling of my cousin, the Empress of Ixania and he is an absolute gentleman who never is lewd around the women; and royal blood courses through his veins as he is my son; and I am the uncle of the Empress who reigns as the brother of her deceased father. Pharamond graduated from an Ixanian university with degrees in political science, geography and literature and is willing to live in Spitfire Island if he is chosen to marry Erica; he desires a picture of her so he may know what she looks like. If my son is suitable to you, Your Majesty, then please do not hesitate to contact me so I may have Pharamond sent to your island nation and to Erica; whom I am sure is a beautiful damsel worthy of the praises of men.
