Reports are coming in from Fernando Po the capitol of the new nation Bight of Biafra that a bloodless coup has occured and the new ruling junta is instituting its program of land reform and "the dictatorship of the masses." No other nations have recognized the new nation but the ruling junta hopes that will change soon. "We have a lot to offer the world commnity Biafra is #1 in illiteracy and child mortality. Because of a crippling arms imbargo Biafra's military has yet to use it's large bauxite deposites for rearmament.Though it is activly searching the black market for weapons, expecially land mines. Besides bauxite Biafra's main expport is cholera.

The Peoples Republic of Bulgislavia will recognize the new government of Bight of Biafra.
The Comrade General Secretary Alia Prekov hopes that your leaders have the people in mind and will do all in your power to create a happy and rich lives for your people.
Maybe some time in the future Bulgislavia and Bight of Biafra can improve relations in other ways like trade.
