In an effort to better regulate the immigration to the Glorious Empire of the Scandinvans, and to better manage what nationals might enter and in what Empire, the Scandinvan Imperial Parliament has found it necessary to establish a more ‘exclusive’ immigration policy to the Scandinvan Empire.

While the Shazbotdom Empire as it currently stands does not forsee people perminantly Immigrating into the Scandinvan Empire, we do see them visiting the Empire on a regular basis. Maybe there is a way that the Shazbotdom Empire and the Scandinvan Empire can come to an agreement as to what times of the year are the best for Shazbotdom Civilians to visit the Scandinvan Empire.

I'm not really sure the difference between the seasons in our two nations. I personally have not had the chance to visit other nations since the reinception of the Parliament. Perhaps a meeting between the leadership of our two nations could help make a timetable for Vacational Visits between civilians of our two great Empires?

The Second United Kingdom would like to ask if it could be increased to 70,000. We currently have three billion citizens living in he country and it has begun to get very crowded in major cities and towns and small towns as well.

Also we appreciate such a large allowance of emigrates. We do not doubt that at least 2 million for next year will apply for citizenship.
