Furry Rights Act 2008

1.This Act shall be referred to as the Furry Rights Act.

2.Given the recent atrocities committed upon fursuiters and 'anthropoid animals' across the globe, the Allanean Congress will hereby enact the following measures.

3.The Secretary of State shall be empowered to compose a list of 'fursecuting nations', were such persecution occurs, to compose at the bare minimum the members of the Anti-Furry Alliance, and any other such nations.

4.Permanent resident status, with an eye to later citizenship, will be granted to all fursuiters and 'anthropoids' from all fursecuting nations, but a quota of no more than 1,500,000 such immigrants per year will be established, not counting fursuiters and 'anthros' immigrating under other provisions.

5.Be it enacted that the United States asserts the right, should diplomacy happen to fail, to utilize armed forces to protect the Rights of Furries and other sapients.

6.Five billion dollars will be transferred to Romandeos for the enhancement of its military-industrial complex.

7.Congress recommends the various fursecuting nations, and any foreign dictators who express a hatred of furries to shove it.

We support this bill by Allanea, as stated in the Neko Equality Act, and are happy to see a friend in the arena of equal rights and reasons. We will do our best to support you, and like the nations of Tanara and Romandeos, understand that we will face harsh criticism, but if we stand together, we can overcome the bout of hate that has beset humanity. The Kitsune Empire applauds the actions of both Allanea and other nations, such as Romandeos and the others who have issued a statement here, which aide furries fleeing xenocidal nations as well as medical support and financial donations to just causes such as the Furry Protection Act. Neither I, as Cecily Lockhelm, head of Third Spanish States, nor the people of the Confederacy except for some zoophile freaks, see any real artistic worth into a bunch of anthropozoomorphic cartoon or manga-esque drawings, therefore we consider all the insanity about the supposed persecutions of sentient beings which supposedly exist despite all historical facts proving the contrary to be completely irrelevant, and question the efficiency and sanity of all governments which expend resources to enforce minority laws for minorities which don't exist asides from the Internets and its memes.

Therefore no furry art protection law or protection laws against fictional species which have been accepted as real in a recent demonstration of collective madness shall be enforced, because in simple ways, this is a first and last statement of the Confederacy, and of myself, on this subject I would have relegated to the vice sub-assistant of the hundredth sub-manager of the last section of the sub-underoffice of the secretariat of useless and irrelevant events nobody cares about, should I have one. But as I'm bored, I decided to make this statement: Stop yiffing before you became insane! Furries are only people in fursuits, and the only place where they are 'persecuted' is in the Internets by trolls. Her Imperial Majesty's Government is pleased at the grand support this law is recieving, but saddened at the head-in-sand attitude now being displayed by leaders in Third Spanish States. Pretending something does not exist shall not make it vanish. We hope that, one day, Third Spanish Sates will see this, and help solve this important problem, instead of saying it is not real.
