Dear Friends,

As part of our continuing efforts to form solid diplomatic ties with neighbours and trade partners, the People's Republic of Karullia would like to invite all non-hostile nations to open an embassy on Karullian soil.

Simply pick a location from one of our four Embassy districts (see pamphlet provided (http://z9.invisionfree.com/Karullia/index.php?showtopic=9)), fill in the attached application form, and respond with an official diplomatic communique.

Please note, there are certain rules that must be followed by all Ambassadors and their staff, and submittance of an application constitutes an agreement to abide by the following rules:

- There will be NO military vehicles on embassy grounds. This includes, but is not limited to, tanks, armed helicopters, and military transports.
- All employees, when not on Embassy grounds, are subject to Karullian law.
- Security staff may not number more than 10 personnel.
- Each embassy's armoury may include no more than twenty personal weappons, and may consist of handguns, sub-machine guns, rifles, and 5.56mm/7.62mm assault rifles ONLY. Conventional ceremonial swords may be worn.

Once your application has been approved, we shall invite your ambassador and their diplomatic mission. Should you not be approved, we shall endeavour to inform you as to our reasoning.
